1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

New GTX 770 OC Installed! Need Help Fine Tuning For Assetto Corsa

I got my new 770 installed this afternoon and it is AMAZING! Very nice upgrade from 1GB 6870 in not only the crazy high framerates but the smoothness and clarity of the images. I am still seeing a few Jaggies around the edge of track and windshield of the 312T. Is this just me wanting it to be perfect or are their some fine tuning I can do in the NVIDIA control panel to dial out the jagged edges?

Also what app or program do you guys use to monitor your PC and GPU temperatures?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Well...use some FxAA!

As an aside, there will always be jagged lines, unless you use a higher resolution screen like 2560 etc. Plus you're on a pretty big screen...gonna see pixels more than you would with the same res. on a smaller screen. Most tend to want performance with a game like this so you may find you prefer even higher fps than you are getting :)

if U want good graphics just set max settings in nvidia control panel for this game file + SweetFX and "right" setup + max settings inside the game as well
only that way U can say I have maxed out this game ;) your FPS will drop + - 50 % or more :D

    use nvidia inspector , MSI afterburner , GPU-Z , CPU-Z etc.

I have downsampled the game and run it with lots of AA.

There seems no way to dial them completely out, but the only time i notice is looking really hard at say the edge of the windscreen or something usually during replays when i kinda look for stuff like that sometimes.

hopefully they fine tune stuff graphically as we go and get a bit better AA and hdr and etc. kind of fear some of it might wait until we get day/night and they really have to figure out how to do headlights.

wo downsampling about 4x AA and think i was running 6x approximate to get a smooth look and be able to run full ai grids wo fps issues.

FXAA is a joke, blurring the image to reduce jaggies

On my 22inch AC makes my eyes bleed without SGSS. The worst thing is that with AC and HDR you can only run 2x SGSS without HDR exposure issues. How much of this is Kunos's fault and how much is down to Nvidia I'm really not qualified to say.
