1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

PS4 No Brakes! V1.13

    Ver 1.13 loaded this morning.
Now I have no brakes when using a previously saved car setup.
The pedal bar graph shows full red when brakes are applied, but the wall comes without any slowing.
If I reset the setup then I have brakes.
Previously checked and saved setups seem to be the key to this issue.
I went through several iterations of reload AC, reboot PS4, and power off/on whole system.
At this point I have checked 3 cars and 2 different tracks.

I tried 2 different driving sims(DC & pC) with no problems.

Create a new setup solves the problem.
This is not a simple thing to do on Console.
Not like on the PC with just replacing the ini file.

I have many setups for different cars and tracks.
A lot of time was spent tuning to my preferences in car handling.

I hope a future update will save my previous setups.

What on Earth... just got this happening too. This is the worst game I ever had in any gender. Unbelievable. Any time they update it they mess up, amateurs.

There isn't the brake pressure setup option in consoles...

It's a new issue that came with the 1.12 version of console... All the car setup files saved before the 1.12 update are affected..

The only solution is erase them and make new setups

  10. I don't know if they will address a problem that happens only with old setups... indeed, the problem that the car doesn't brake at all, is strange.
At the moment you can only put old values in a new setup to save, so at least you won't lose your work. I know that you already know this, but I can't help any further.

The Xbox version has a great feature that automatically deletes setups overnight. It's like it's tidying up after me.
It'll probably come to PS4 in the next backdate, sorry, update.

This reminds me of a weird issue that I had the other night.I was driving the 458 around Imola in a career race, went to take a 90 degree left-hander, and went full speed into the barrier. As it was happening, I tough I had just braked too late until I realized that the throttle was repeatedly going to 100%, then to zero, then to 100% - with no throttle input. In the end I had to do a hard reboot to get out if it. Weird...
