1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Looks incredible! All times of day and conditions look natural, very real. Can't say that about many games, most look good only in selected conditions. Sounds great too, lots of detail.

    About the trackside TV-screens, F1 2017 has real time image from the race you're on, it's quite insane actually how they manage that picture in picture rendering performance-wise. But if that can't be done, imo would be fine if those screens looped Blancpain GT related ad videos or standings tables. As now there is daytime onboards on night race. I know it's totally WIP but anyway. Or graphic option for this (realtime onboards vs. no onboards, just looping ads for potato PCs).

    Look at GT Sport you`ll be amazed.

    Graphics just look good, not outsdanding or real. I cant argue about some standing point POV`s with motion blur in AMG video - they are glorious. But overall they just like in video game. It is nice to see some little details like self refs and wet tarmac refs, and wet car hood. Interesting - is in new game AO will be prebaked?
    And for me it is awful to see brakes in 488 gt3 that ported from AC1 where it was ported from road car not changed. Dear, dear @pankykapus in Blancpain it is not allowed to use CCM brakes. And drilled brakes is not effective for racing. They just dont use it. :)
    Im glad to see some new cars that not ported from AC1 - Gallardo R-EX and Nismo GTR. Strange that there are no 650s. Looking forward to M6, Bentley, Jaguar and Lexus. And Aston and Porsche :oops:

    PS Such details like heat glow on exhaust pipe in R8? I realy love it. And you cant do real texture for brake disk? I just dont understand.

    Not sure I understand the "not ported from AC1" part. Gallardo R-EX wasn't in AC and the Blancpain 2018 season features both the old and new GT-R.
    650S and 911 are visible in the ACC screenshots or gameplay footage available so far. As for the rest the devs have said their intention is to implement all of the cars run in the 2018 season so long licencing works out.

    Agree with the texture, but it's still WIP with Early Access ahead, so...
