Gotta love this guy... merry christmas Marco Massarutto, rest of the Kunos folk and the community alike.

It wasnt only forum users that was notified about the polls. It was in FB, Twitter etc... but anyways.
I'm still all stoked about the Nordschleife announcement... EEeek!!!

 

Merry Christmas! So far you are spot on Kunos. Keep up the good work.

 

I appreciate the response the team gives us. It makes me feel like I am actually working with people and not robots. People complain about everything. Keep up the good work!

Thanks, Marco, and Kunos. Everything in that post shows you're a group of incredibly dedicated people that care deeply about what you do. I am sure between the moaners you know what joy you're already bringing to loads of us. Steam says I got 82 hours of play on AC already, and that's really just the beginning. And that is for a game that is Early Access, and only has practice/hotlapping, etc. with so much more to come....!

Well, you got both absolutely nailed. The first one is obvious, and for the second, well, you must be the most communicative and interacting dev team outside of open source...

 

I think that Kunos might use the resources for implementing night and day cycle and variable weather..after these very important things all the other ones ;-)

Not to be argumentative here but the guys that will work on night and day cycle are not the same guy that is building the track. Stefano and Aris will be spending time working on these features I am sure and the graphic artist can divide his time up between working on Nords, and working on the graphical side of new features...Just because one member of the team spends hours a day working on the Ring doesn't mean the other 9 guys stop working altogether.

Common sense people, please get some.

 

again, people complain here is all the hype for such a thing, not if the dlc is right or not, we all agree is ok to produce a dlc.

 

That's a great, informative post that treats the sim community as adults with its frank and open communication. It's fantastic to see and much appreciated.

 

Don't forget that the community created much of the hype itself, not the company.

 

If you ahve a company and this company cost you a lot of money , to be the company number 1 ......Customers will understand that all first class service have a price ..........

If you hype something and aren't realistic in your expectations, I'd say you are at fault, nobody else.

 

This is unheard of, a game developer posting to the community on Xmas day!! I'm blown away by everything these guys are doing, whether it's giving us astonishing content in a beta or personally responding to the community on the biggest holiday day of the year. It inspires true confidence in a product, so Kunos, my money is in your pocket for the next 5 years

If you guys have a good working MP and Nordschleife, You are miles ahead on the competitors.

Quality is then the best advertising you can make!

 

I never expected much out of it, just a casual oh goodie, more good news from Kunos, let's see what they'll offer us this time. And if you read the comments, we already guessed it quite good. New track or brand deal. Wanna see hype? Wait till the days before this DLC releases! That's what I'll call a hype.

 

I honestly didn't see overblown hype anyway...just a minor ****storm after the announcement.
