1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    there are mods for a lot of tracks...theyre not licensed & laserscanned though.

    i dont think this means anything re nords. siev could still be working on it. for all we know they just got the license for catalunya now & have yet to scan it, & siev hasnt even started.

    i think its a pretty obvious teaser but i agree the title is misleading. kunos announcement threads should definitely be saved for kunos announcements...this is redundant with michaels rolling teaser thread.

    When you tell people that LM is too expensive, you have to note that Kunos already asked as well, or that ^ question comes up ;)

    Aris originally told me a looong time ago that it wouldn't be in AC (maybe AC2 though)

    true, true, forgot to post that. But there is a difference in laserscanning a track that is almost accessible 24/7/365 and one that is only open for like 2 or 3 weeks a year. I would love to see it in the game though but yeah, I don't think we'll see it scanned. If I'm not mistaken, though, I do think that someone was making a conversion of the GTR2/rfactor version by Yetisaj. And that one was pretty darn good made tbh.

    Nope, not yet, but I read somewhere that the GTR2 version from Yetisaj will be converted to AC. Haven't heard anything about it anymore though so I'm not sure whether it's still happening. Could also be another version or scratch made but this is the track that I'm talking about, and it's pretty darn impressive imo, even for a game like GTR2

    I heard the Nurburgring renting cost for 1 day are EUR 45.000,-

    Don't know if that's the same for scanning but for car clubs etc it is. I can imagine that for scanning it is a bit cheaper because there aren't any marshalls.

    Since that's announced, I'm thinking that there might be another announcement pretty soon since the FB page of AC has almost 40k likes; They did announce stuff at 30k if I'm not mistaken so yeah.. :)
