I think it's rounding from floating point calculations, so the further away from the centre the more intense the wobbling/shaking will be.

It's not an issue on normal tracks, but it's already noticeable on Nords.
In the pits the car is shaking, FFB is given slight vibrations and the setups are impossible to work with because the toe settings are jumpung like crazy.


But this track is loads of fun to just drive on. Sadly you can't drive in the giant bridge.

 

Sometimes I have the body turned off because of the head being left on with some mods.

Looking through a virtual head can be a little distracting. And then I get used to it and forget it off for a while is my best guess.

Drove this area IRL only a few months back, amazing scenery out there. Looking forward to seeing how this compares, will have a play with it later today

In the UK these massive arched stone bridges tend to be either rail viaducts or canal aqueducts from the 18th or 19th century.

I really hope this map gets some further work though and we see more of this stuff in future. Heh, no licence fees anyhow

It's one of the wishes I'd have for AC2 (if ever that would be a thing) that they'd improve the support for large open maps.
I didn't have issues with this one here, but apparently quite a few people have. One of the guys on my server also complained that his motion rig did weird things.
When I hosted the Transfagarasan special events half a year ago, the goal was always to just drive and cruise, but somehow that never really worked.
At some point people started to race (and crash), making things rather messy.
On this one, I've got the impression that you can just cruise around and explore the map, without feeling the need to go faster and faster.

IMO it's especially amazing how many small roads there are and how you can take a completely different, new route and then suddenly end up in a place you've seen before.
It's very cool.

 

Well, taking the 718 RS Spyder, being flat out, shifting through the gear and looking at your speedometer to see you're just at 160 km/h there isn't much else than cruising possible.

But it really fits the track and is very enjoyable.



And then there's also the point of suddenly taking the scenic route...

I had an AI car fall of track for close to an hour, so falling at terminal velocity - it resembled a hedgehog when I switched view to it
