1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Sever 1:
    xxxx chat to 280 ping : You don't know . Your ping like you are live in the space. Don't Join server anymore.
    That server I have 200 ping very lucky I saw this chat before I click to start drive. So I leave that server suddenly.

    Sever 2:
    xxxx chat to me 250 ping: Your ping like you don't live in the world. Please leave.

    These happen when I done ten laps. I back to pit and saw this chat. I apologize to the that server that I can't saw that info before I race. These server I race with the 2 guy that have 180, 200 ping very impressive to drive with them. but I don't know why he left the server until I saw that chat when I back to the pit. Sure that 2 guy get the same chat like me.

    Server 3:

    xxxx chat to 150 ping: You are the big problem with your ping. Please leave.

    150 ping guy join the server that have member below 90 ping. I'm very lucky that server I have 80 ping. I think 150 ping guy don't know that server can't accept his ping to join.

    Server that not allow ping more than 150 please let us know. May be mention in the name of server field.

    I play from Asia and I mostly join the German/French/UK servers and I always ask the people on those servers that race with me after a lap or two if my ping is ever an issue and almost all the time they say that it never was. Had many close bumper to bumper races with people that have like 30-40 ping while me being the usual 180-200 and it never seemed to affect the quality of racing in any way. Since Asian servers are close to non-existent or even if they exist they are pretty much ghost towns, people like me barely have much say in the matter on what server to join. That's why I never bother with US or Aus servers as the ping is above 400 to those locations, its either play with 150+ ping on a good day on the EU servers or forget about multiplayer entirely, but yes if I feel like my ping is beyond a passable point like over 230 I just leave the server rather than stay and be a nuisance to others. So yea, I think it is a good idea for servers to have an option to put up a description before you join that tells you what is the maximum ping allowed, rather than joining them in hopes of not getting yelled at. :p

    Since they replaced the net code, I've had tons of awesome races while having 150-200 ping with UK servers. Maybe the servers had too many players...

    Please let participant 150-250 ping to know the severs of UK that accept 150-250 ping to join .
