[Whishlist] Leaderboard with Friends

Hello everyone

Some collegues of mine got me into buying Shif 2 Unleashed for some quick after-work session. Since I only raced GTR2 before I realized pretty fast that Shift is nothing I want to spent my little spare-time with so I already got one collegue in buying AC..the others will follow

But there was one thing in Shift that I liked, which was the competition between friends. The system told me when a friend beat a lap- or a race-time and I could immediatly hop into that course trying to beat his time again.

It would be really nice if AC had something similar: a Leaderboard with track and car between my Steam-Friends!

I read there will be a leaderboard, but honestly I, and probably many others, dont have the time to compete with people who play a lot and are much more talented. But its nice to compete within a lokal peer-group.

Some ideas that I think are important:

• the car for that track must be included in the comparison. Even within the same class of cars there may be huge differences (I remember GTR 2 where the F40 was by far the fastest car)
• time of the day and weather should be included as well
• As mentioned, the possibility to load right away the track, car, and environment settings to challenge the record.

There are currently already some threads where leaderboards of hotlaps are posted using video-proof (like this one on steam), so it seems people like the competition.
