I don't listen to music when racing, want to hear the engine sounds, tire sounds as clear as possible etc.. even though I'm huge music buff outside of sim racing.

But best racing music for me would be guitar rock by virtuoso guitarists like Joe Satriani. I mean, that music just has "driving fast cars" written all over it

I mostly use Eurobeat. Just the right intensity for any kind of driving.

Been my favorite band for more than 25 years now. That's the only band I never got bored listening to

Not so much....just did....reminds me of a mix of Broadsword and Roots to branches.....shall listen more

 

Sounds ok but unfortunately it's nowhere near the proper band. Too soft in my opinion.

I don't listen to music when playing AC because I want to be able to hear the car clearly without it having to fight with the music.

This song was on the soundtrack for Hotwheels: Turbo Racing and I used to play that quite a bit on ps1. I am surprised no one has mentioned it yet.

 

Something fast and hypnotic...

 

I don't play music while im driving very often, but if i do, depending what mood i am in, it will be either some classic 70's/80's rock (ac/dc, motley crew, freebird) or some good up tempo beats, like prodigy, pendulum, skrillex.. Prodigy - invaders must die is a great song to drift to, although i find i drive more aggressive with that song, so i end up throwing the car around a lot harder.
