1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

That doesn't sound right. You should be getting a lot higher framerate in AC than in ACC.

in AC i have a less fps (50-60 and ACC 60-80)
    but:
AC 6400x1080 vs 2560x1080 and AC with sol and shaders patch and so on.
Maybe @Salvatore Amato there is something similar with your config (not that you've overseen triples vs single;))

I have attached three pictures to highlight the difference between having and not having. TripleScreen support.

In one of the pictures you see a triple monitor view using the correct FOV (for me, 29) in the lambo on Assetto Corsa.
This is at T1 if the Nürburgring GP circuit. As you can see, in the right monitor I can see the apex of the corner. The monitors are angled at 45 degrees, and I can even see outside of the RHS window and the mirror.
The picture is taken in panoramic mode: everything is in proportion.

The other two pictures show the problem and half solution in ACC:
With the monitors angled at 45 degrees, notice how stretched the image is on both side monitors. I think I am looking to my side but in actual fact, I am only being shown what’s past the windscreen: notice the absence of the RHS mirror, and look at the O’s in the Yokohama signs.

The final picture shows the half solution: push the monitors parallel to each other, and the same panoramic view now shows how the image is not stretched (looks less stretched in real life): compare the o’s in the Yokohama sign.

As you can tell, up to a point, it is useful to have the side monitors even in this limited range of view, since it shows the apex of T1 as you approach it.
But no side mirror, no side window.

Hopefully this clarifies it for all the folks who don’t have triple screens and don’t know what it does.

  13. yes we need 3s support. but it should not be difficult to implement honestly. I think they will make it once they finish more imminent tasks. at what res do you have it?

In ACC the resolution is set to 5860x1080. In Assetto, 5760x1080.
The 100 extra pixels are required to cover the gaps between monitors in the absence of triple screen support. The thicker the monitor edge, the more pixels you need...

  18. I'm very sorry I told the opposite XD. Thank you anyway.
Next time you will be in can you decrease it to make for example to 40 or in a way to see the sides properly?
    Thank you, my mistake XD

Sure no problem. I think you’ll find a minimum of 45 is probably required. I’ll check

Please also bear in mind, the higher the vFOV, the more the side monitors will warp space, and the smaller the area of focus in front of you, the net effect being an inaccurate sense of space: in forza motorsport 7 they still don’t have an adjustable FOV and triple screen is therefore worse than a single monitor.
Will try and take a video of it.
