1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    I want to to be able to examine new lines in the pursuit of faster lap-times. Especially tweaking suspension and riding curbs.
    I would be good if there was a single player no AI practice mode where you could take more risk and spin out once in a while without impacting ratings.

    Yeah the whole point of guest mode is for newbies... on a racers system...

    For me, if I get new hardware or want to test new lines or ride curbs I’ll take it via the school of hard knocks... like real drivers do with a new ride or testing new stuff IRL.... but that just me...

    How cool would be to have the car log0 on the relatives app and an indication of the players on that list that have a penalty to serve?

    Also, I have been noticing there is literally nobody setting a MP server on Paul Ricard or Hungaroring or rain to dry (or viceversa) condition

    There always 3 servers.. Misano,Monza and Zolder in dryish condition .. the rest is empty like my bank account.

    I am updating my broadband to 50 Mbps in upload next week.. Looking forward to set up my own server.
    It is just a shame that we are not really playing this game at full potential and waiting just for new content...

    I wonder that once 1.0 is released .. it becomes SPA SPA and SPA only

    The more I think about it, not having the option to play the game offline with rating turned off is dumb.
    I am glad it is there and if online is ever populated, let’s face it, the player base at this time is very low and will probably stay that way, so when it is going to be populated, it will allow for a better online experience.
    But for offline, there is plenty of time and occasion when we just want to play and as it is now, if you do not want to **** your rating, you have to play something else, it is not helping anything.

    You can't be looking very far as I have a server open for every track we currently have with dynamic weather.

    But yea, PR last time I looked only had mine and three others in total, shame as its a great track for racing.

    "Movement" enable the dash-cam to shaking and move with g-force while you drive, "factor" increase or decrease the amount of the movement.

    it derives the % of movement/shaking from the cockpit cam (as dashcam wants to have a bit less, if any movement at all)

    I think it only applies to the dashcam? I only suppose this because "Dashcam factor" becomes adjustable only if you enable the "Movement", but I could be wrong.
