1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    They just can't stop making uninformed comments about the console version of the game that they've never played. I've seen some nonsense on internet forums over the years but Horus and the Pumpkin really are a pair of prize plums.

    You have just total shown your total lack of knowledge, you come on here preaching to console owners how there system is lacking due to the advance physics engine of Assetto Corsa of which you've shown you yourself have no comprehension of.

    Not once has anyone inc myself stated that a console is more powerful than a high end PC we have mearly pointed out the shortfalls on the console edition are due to poor coding of which I'm sure the development team will endeavour to resolve.

    IMHO you have embarrassed yourself preaching from a book of which you cannot read.

You and your colleagues are not welcome here. I suggest just leave as you have not made one post about the console version of the game. You play it on pc so why are you here.

    Clearly this forum is predominantly for pc users, the back and forth digs do nothing to solve the issues of the game.

    For me this forum isn't very useful filled mostly with condescending individuals lacking the knowledge they believe themselves to possess .

    Hopefully the team will resolve many of the issues and short comings of the console edition but I don't believe being a member of this somewhat pc fanboy/based forum is needed for that to happen , so I'll leave you all to it and just monitor the FB page for updates

    I'll make this next post real simple, did console users purchase a alpha,beta build or a finished build of the game. I believe when the game is in the shops and on xbox live to download for the cost of £40 it is a finished product. What we got was far from a finished product. why do the makers and publishers think this is acceptable, and then try and sell us a season pass, without any real information on what there doing to put this game in the condition it should have been in on release of the finished product.

    Pray tell, what support have you actually given ? Self opinion for a different build, on a different platform is neither helpful or supportive. Support should come from the development team, which unfortunately is in short supply on here. Hopefully they're too busy addressing the issues to give us a definitive timeline ?

    No, your precious time would be better spent 'trying' to 'help' your elite PC buddies and keep out of discussions regarding a totally different platform !

    And I know for fact I'm not alone in this.
    Me and my race mate's have bin looking forward to this game for months.
    And I'm sad to say even pcars worked better at launch.
    I hope the get it fixed but I don't beleve it's goin to happen
