1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

PS4 A question about DLC'S and ps4 reset

    Hey community!

    I recently bought a ps4, but last week something strange happend.when i was turning it on,the tv screen became black and no image appeared,although i could hear that music from when you choose the login profile.i google it and it turns out its a common problem for the ps4. the solution was reset it and change the settings (i had to do it in another tv)

    I want to buy a couple of assetto corsa dlc's (and dlc's from other games as well). My question is, what happens to a dlc if the ps4 is reseted to factory settings? can i download them for free, since i bought them with my PSN account or i have to pay for new ones?

    I think that the purchases are attached to your PSN account, so as long as you login with the same PSN account, you should be able to download any DLC you have already purchased.

    VERY IMPORTANT! Before you buy something with your PSN username make sure, your PS4 is set to PRIMARY! Otherwise some purchised content of games,apps and dlcs cant work if you reset it...

    1) PS Store purchases are linked to your PSN account, so if you have to reset your console, or if you purchase a new PS4 Pro (for example), you can download any purchased items.

    2) The matter of designating a PS4 as the "primary" is a little more subtle. Any time you try to play games or DLC that were downloaded through the PS Store, your PS4 checks your "license" using the PSN. If you are offline, it can't verify the license. This prevents people from copying content between consoles. Designating your PS4 as the "primary" allows you to use downloaded content while offline on a single PS4.

    PRO Stream BG's recommendation that you check to make sure your console is designated as "primary" is a good idea, especially if you play on multiple Playstations systems using your PSN account.

    Guys I'm experiencing this scenario. I brought the new ps4 pro (it wasn't set as primary) and the latests DLC (Red Pack, Ready to Race) aren't recognized. When I click on a car it redirect me to PSN Store and says "brought" (acquistato in italian), I can't neither download or use the dlc content :(
