Driver arm movement when changing gear

In cockpit view the drivers arm comes up to the gear stick as you get near the top of the rev range. i find this to be a little off putting. I play a handful of other racing games with this function and it has never bothered me before. i think it is because the drivers arm moves at high rpm instead of when the new gear is being selected. it looks more realistic having the driver arm come up in high revs i suppose, but for example, coming around the first bend at "66 monza (in the lotus 49) the driver was repeatedly lifting and lowering his arm from the wheel to the gear stick as i balanced the throttle at high rpm round the long bend. it certainly isn't a major issue but either an option to turn this off or some programing that stops the drivers arm from coming back to the wheel from the gear stick until the next gear is selected would be nice.

... also it would be good to be able to go into negative values on the brake gamma setting found under advanced steering options and to have an adjustable throttle value as well ( it looks like there is already space for it underneath the brake tab.)

Enjoying the beta so far, cant wait for the throttle lag issue to be sorted out which i know has been raised already. keep up the good work guys!
