1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

Not long come back from an epic AC inspired roadtrip

    Started in Belguim
    [IMG]

    Popped across to here
    [IMG]
Stayed at the Dorint hotel on the start finish straight with this as my view from my balcony
    [IMG]

Drove down to Baden-Baden and then did the "route 500"

Got a bit hot on some days
    [IMG]

Then through Austria and into Italy, drove round Lake Garda, Lake Idro and stayed up in Lake Ledro (gorgeous place) and did a bit of the Trento Bondone hill climb
    Bondone
    [IMG]
Lake Ledro (had a nice swim in there)
Then down to Imola where I stayed at a hotel between the Riviazza
    [IMG]

Then drove to Mugello on the back roads from Imola, beautiful scenery and awesome roads
    [IMG]

    popped down to here
    [IMG]

before starting to make my way towards home but stopped along the way here
    [IMG]

    and here
    [IMG]

and couldn't leave the Alpes without doing a bit of downhill moutain biking
    [IMG]

I even bumped into this guy in Italy
    [IMG]
Where he took me out for some drifting in his BMW and even let me try out a new track and some new cars in AC, was a bit like driving in front of teacher, made me super nervous and was unable to drive with the gearstick on the "wrong" side, cheers for great day and the food @Aristotelis

I got into an EA party from a friend of a friend, got to meet a lot of the staff who made NHL 15, not really the same thing though (I did get 2 free drinks coupons so totally worth it)

Awesome trip, I've been to the italian lakes several times myself, things of enormous beauty. Is that Commencal MTB yours? If so, nice bike, I own a Commencal myself, but cracked the frame this summer :(.Anyways, I'm really jealous right now, you got to drive that TypeR all over Europe's best and got to meet Aris too...

Yes I did pop into Rome, would be rude not to seeing as how close I was - that was an experience to say the least, those crazy Italian drivers you've got to be ruthless to survive but the car made it out unscathed :)

Unfortunately when I was in Italy most places (all the tracks) were on summer close down so the main gate at vallelunga was closed, I managed to sneak in the side gate but was told to leave when I was only metres from the Kunos office :(

Actually met Aris as I was driving around lake garda and was invited into his man cave to have a go on AC, hopefully I didn't get him into too much trouble with his wife and mother in law

Car didn't quite get away without damage, as I was driving through Grasse to join the route du Napoleon I didn't quite manage to avoid a massive indentation in the road and damaged the gearbox case or seal so was leaking oil all over my new clutch :( it got me home but did mean I couldn't enjoy the stunning napoleon route and Alpes roads on the way to les deux Alpes

That MTB picture is just from a service road that joins two trails, think I got some better ones of the trails and mountains somewhere

True story. The average italian driver is a clear example of civilization at its worst.

    p.s. very nice trip

Yes the lakes are stunning, Lake Ledro being the best as it's not so commercialised, a real hidden gem, did you manage to make it to that one?

Yes the Commencal is mine, all Mountain bike so not really suited to the downhill runs but good for riding round Brussels, imola and the lakes etc.

yeah, I know that you can't say anything about the cars, it wasn't a serious question :) and it would probably spoil the hype for me as we are getting closer and closer to the patch ;)

Very cool trip and a nice idea for my next vacation. Nice pics!

Ironically the car accidents are statistically less in italy with the crazy driving then orderly in germany, haha.

Tip: Driving in Napoli = best racing school. Academia Automobili Napolitana. And its for free!
    :p

No, I didn't make it to Lake Ledro, but I spent about one week at Lake Garda and visited Lake Idro and Maggiore, they are absolutely wonderful, but I wasn't driving, nor riding, just a family trip :(.

Maybe the little scrapes and dings don't get reported, almost every car I saw had marks, scuffs or dents all over their bodywork
