1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

Events not unlocking

    I have two problems that may or may not be related.
    I ran a Special Event - Vintage Tribute and the finish leader board showed me second.
    I did not get my silver award.
    Some of the Special events that I have placed in show a reward.
    I think there is another that I did not get credit for but did not catch it at the time.

    In Career mode the events stopped unlocking.
    My record is as follows:
    N1 5/5
    N2 5/6
    N3 5/5
    N4 6/7
    I1 4/5
    I2 3/5
    I3 4/4
    T1 1/1 Monza 1st place 10 points, 15 needed All other T1 events locked.

    All of the N and I series I have done more than required.
    Is this a problem, or am I uninformed on how to progress through the Career mode?

    Regarding special events, I've tried a race yesterday on 'alien', heemm it's ok is hard enough but is not 'alien' 'alien' for who come from sims is onother thing, this word is going to be way abused. Anyway I was 2nd at nurburg club gt with a ruf ready to overtake the last 'alien' at the last turn, but tatatata he pit in and cut or I don't know the event didn't shows tier 3 unlocked. I can't know: or he arrived first in the pit lane box (possible) or the system don't allow gold if AI for unknown reason pit in the last lap.
    I run again, I made a clean win, they didn't pit and the score was recorded. Also this time my race with 100% damage, abs and tc off, ecc ecc was perfet clean even in the several overtakes. Very nice indeed.

    I misunderstood how this event works. It works correctly if you place 1st in the level of difficulty you selected.

    I've have the same issue. Mostly
    In a event you've to score podium of gold etc then after the race you've to wait till everyone have finished the race then you'll see your result if you finish in the top 3 or finalu unlock next tier.

    This game, meaning the extremely incompetent menu designer, is absolutely ridiculous! How could anyone make it impossible to know which events you've done and where you placed, and how to progress!? Yet some idiot has managed to do just that. Its absolutely amazing, in a very sad and disappointing way.
