Generic Flags

Latest update changed how blue flags apere.
Now allmost every time someone drives behind you, it shows up.

In sp the ai flashes the light and blue flag turns up, even tho ai is far behind. Realy annoying.

In mp it makes people think they own the track even more than usual.
Blue flag means, that both drivers have to be aware, both..... It dosnt mean that one have more right to drive on the track than others.
So now if the one in front is in a situation, where giving space is not possible, without driving of track or come to a full stop.
Then instead of the driver behind adapt to the situation and slow down, the driver in front gets rammed from behind, and for him/her the game is ruined, and looses safety rating aswell.
On top of all that, the chat gets spammed, blaming the driver in front.

In sp its annoying to look at constant blue flags, and flashing lights. And the only way to get rid of it, is to slow down and wait until the ai closes in and overtake.

In mp, i get that if im driving straight out and i can se blue flag while someone closing in fast. Then if i can pull in to the side, without ruining my own pace/speed, i will of cause do it.
But the blue/white flag pops up constant now, resulting in alot of ramming, and safety points wasted.

There is nothing about flagrules ingame, so maby if people could via the game, come to understand the meaning of blue flags, they would stop ramming people.

Dont know if its a bug, or the game just handles safety ratings like it does. But when someone rams you hard from behind, it should only be the driver behind that looses ratings.
