1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

Help with Video Replay

I've read the FAQs and did searches:

Search Critieria: Edit Video, Edit Replay, Replay, Controls, EDIT, Video, etc.

So, here's what I'm missing. Is there an option which allows me to load up a replay, and, in the replay timeline allow me to set my "transitions" or "settings" for a lack of a better term, so when the video hits that spot, it does that action.

This would allow me to set up all my "camera action" and "video action" and get a really totally awesome video reel. For example, I go around the corner at 1:00 minute in the video. I can add to the timeline to go 1x slow-mo at 58 seconds, 2x slo-mo from 58-1:02, then normal speed 1:02 and there after.

Now, during the slow mo sequence, I want to add camera changes. So, at :58 I set a TV2 camera angle, at 1:00 I change to in car cam, at 1:02 I switch to trailer cam.

Now, I save the settings and start up the video and hit play and watch all my "producer" decisions trigger in real time. Then I can export that video to show a really slick video.

    Any luck?

I don't think that is possible, people are using video editing software at the present I believe. :)

    Thanks, H!
Are people just using, like, MSI Afterburner or similar to capture the in-game footage. I saved a game and tried to find an export function, no luck. So, race, save a replay, load up MSI, record and hit play on replay, is that the process?

Yes, that is what I think is what these clever guys do. My bandwidth stops me from being able to upload so I don't make videos, I'm sure if you need any help just post something in the relevant section and someone will give you all the knowledge necessary. Good luck Cinoaz. :)
