1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    I run a 33 slot monza server using the "Kunos tracks with extra pit boxes (updated to ac 1.5)".
    We've ran this for a few days now, as this weekend it's monza race at sundays in ACRL. We have now started experienced slight warping when you drive close to other cars after 1.5.5. Anybody else have experienced this?

    just kidding.. but you cannot expect to receive support with modded number or pits/slots... only yourself to blame for the warping.

    the official max number of slots is there for many reasons, if you want support it has to be vanilla content.

    For Us at r2p we had 21 GT3 cars @ Silverstone we had a bad warp/laging at the start threw the first few turnes where a lot of cars ping ponged off each other rather violently from only slight touches ..some went flying ! ..then as the field spread out the connection calmed down & seemed fine ..

    There was quite a moment on a Ladykillers Spa server the other day. T1 start, always a joyous experience, went as usual but as I navigated the carnage I was thrown into the air, there were cars falling through the road and doing weird things in the air, spinning in place but at strange angles. Once it settled down everything was fine. But for about 30 seconds AC went nuts!

    the server is not under heavy load or have other issues. it's a dedicated xeon server with lots of ram doing nothing. my 60mbit internet line has no issues. I did various ping tests and speed tests yesterday. the only changes are the new 1.5.5 code with collision code. i wonder if this could have made some issues. other than that, we've ran these 36 pit servers with no issues in 1.4

    no.. collisions are a client fix and have nothing to do with the server.. the server itself, infact, hasn't changed a single bit since 1.4.

    Internet performances varies, sometimes you get packet loss, sometimes you don't.
