1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

Pedal Sensitivity

Hi guys, first of all I want to say that I absolutely love the game and I love the way the company handles their communications, they are very professional and they set the bar of how this should be handled by other companies, congratulations!

Now, I am having problems with the pedal sensitivity with my TX wheel and T3PA pedals on Xbox one. Some cars feel great, but there are cars that I'm having a hard time modulating the brakes and the throttle. Please let me assure you that I'm not a novice sim racing driver, I've been playing for years with steering wheels with different simulators and I am currently working on getting my real life racing drivers license. I'm sorry to specify this but I just want to rule out this option because I know some people might question my abilities as a posible solution. Aslo to clarify, before every race I make sure to press all the pedals all the way several times to avoid calibration problems, so this is not the problem either.

As an example, I was trying to drive the Ford Escort on Nurburgring but the brakes were just too sensitive. This obviously makes sense because it's a small light car with slicks, but it is just too much. I also have had problems with the throttle application with other cars. A slight imput acts as if I was pressing the accelerator much harder.

Please give us the option to set the pedal sensitivity.

    Thank you!!!!

Is there an option (in game) to adjust the brake pedal gamma? This greatly helps the braking part.
For the accelerator.. no idea. Apart from revving in neutral (where 10% throttle does nothing, 11% does 4k rpm, 15% does 4k rpm, 16% does 6k, etc..), I've never had any problems.

Unfortunately, unlike the PC version, the consoles do not have any settings. Prior to purchasing on PS4, I played a little on a friends PC and was amazed at the experience as well as the adjustment of pedal sensitivity. This nailed the purchase and whilst I am really enjoying this experience I am disappointed the this was not featured.

Let's hope it appears soon in a forthcoming patch.

Lol I think you've undersold the throttle thing a bit there. On some cars it's like 10% does nothing, 12% redlines it but then you can bring it back to like 4% throttle and maintain the redline.

Probably not the best way to sort the braking but some friends have used various materials to add resistance to the pedals - rolled sock or piece of foam in the slot behind the pedal - might work for accel too - I know its a bit garden shed but.....

Works for me, I have the conical mod on brake but use a soft plastic ball, squash ball size on both clutch and accelerator to offer a little more resistance.
