1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

Small wishes that would improve AC user comfort

    I don't understand anything about coding, but these at least *sound* like something that could be relatively to easy to add, compared to many other big improvements AC has seen since 1.0. But these are still missing, and in my opinion would improve user comfort notably.

    - Ability to keybind anything to wheel buttons or D-pad, that already has a keyboard command. Turbo levels, brake balance also to D-pad, ABS level switch, TC level switch, Track IR centering, Virtual Mirror
    - Ability to keybind also Restart Event (ctrl + O) into wheel. Also any of the other ctrl + key commands, like show/hide apps, show/hide driver names
    - Ability to keybind another kind of Restart Event, with no menu / no need to mouseclick on the wheel icon. Instant restart by one wheel button press, with same setup
    - Auto-centering wheel on restarted event
    - Automatically loading last used setup, instead of Default (or add this as a choice into options menu)
    - Load setups by double-clicking setup name

    If someone would want to add something, please post. Something that is not huge change, like AI improvements or brake temps, but this type of things. Some of this might be also huge work for developers, like I said I know nothing about the actual work process these would require. It's all just assuming it could be easier than maybe some other changes.. (?) But still "big" for users.

    Key bindings possible with 3rd party software, but I wonder how console users will do?

    About setups preload, pretty sure Stefano already answered to this, and likely it will not happen soon.

    - Auto-centering wheel on restarted event, i think mt g25 does this.

    Button Clutch would be nice for some controller users.

    Yes, but it's not very ideal imo, since things like turbo are core features you have to adjust on the fly. Binded into keyboard doesn't make much sense. Also I have a legal version of Pinnacle Game Profiler, but it stopped working after I installed Win 10. Anything that works with Win 10?
    My T500 RS doesn't autocenter on event restarts, only when I go to main menu (car/track selections etc.) not between restarts. Weird :(

    According to this site xpadder works in win10 with included instructions, download link can also be find from that site.

    I use xpadder with win 7 and works great. Don't really even need ingame bindable keys.
