1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

Yes, I haven't noticed. Seems there was really someting wrong with 1.9.2. because Kunos made some graphics changes between 1.9.2 and 1.9.3. That's why I would like to share some bench.
Sometimes Max FPS is not very revelant, I prefer looking to average FPS.

I did benchmarks with both versions...no difference here. It's a bit higher in 1.9.3 due to me OC'ing the memory to 9000 MHz (from 8500 due to BIOS update). Reflections on Max/Ultra. Motion Blur off.

The CPU Core 1 usage changed substantially on 1.9. It is utilized a lot more.

I am not really impressed from the 470 I bought.
AMD is not that strong in AC?
I should have gone for the 1060...

What do you expect? Ac is heavy on max settings and judging from your benchmark , you can easily achieve 60 fps tuning down reflections a bit. 470 is not 1060 competitor and if u wanted to stick to amd u should have taken the 480

Reflections at max just strain you card too much vs everything else on screen (so as having shadows at Ultra instead of High on some systems). Low/Static should double your fps on a 470 and it's hardly noticeable during gameplay. Else, just tame them to medium/medium and fps should also increase decently.
Also adding FXAA over 4X AA or better will only make cockpit dials more blurry as it doesn't improve the whole scene anymore, even if it could help AAing on reflection edges.

This is on my ancient sig pc (PhII x4 965BE@3.96GHz/NB@2.4GHz, 7970@1050/1575 on current 16.11.3 driver):

+1 for fxaa being useless if you already use standard 4xaa. Personally i hate fxaa in every game because it just blur things up. As Viper already said, you can pretty much play with reflection quality/frequency to medium and you will notice a nice boost in fps only with that and fxaa off. You can also turn off DOF as it is heavy and really awful imho (lol i turn it off in every game). Same goes for mirror reflections to medium, smoke low as it is the same as ultra in visual quality except it takes ridicoulus amount of fps in ultra. I bet that with these settings you can play fine at steady 60 or higher with that card. If its still not enough put shadows to high instead of ultra and you will be fine @liakjim
