That was only SOME of the improvements and features coming, you never know hopefully they include the others also, maybe a surprise. Or if not i sure hope they will come in the future.

 

Can you please confirm the shifter question asked previously? You seem to be answering the other questions and side-stepping this one.

I've noticed that any praise given on how great the game is gets an answer or comment from a staff member, yet a genuine query asking (politely, without ranting I may add) for further information or clarification, seems to get overlooked ?
I understand each and every detail of the forthcoming patch cannot be divulged, but a simple acknowledgement that the issues I, and others raised have been noted would be great !

 

I found that 505 games Support were really helpful with a bug report I made - prompt and courteous is how I describe the service - direct your question to them and I am pretty sure you'll get an answer. Can't guarantee it'll be the one you want though.....

 

You can put your shifter in first and press the clutch on start line with manual cars once the lights go out release the clutch and you're away. Don't put it in first until the red lights start to come on. It won't display that it's in gear but will go straight in once the lights go out. Not perfect but ok, it works for me.
Sequential is not good tho full Rev slam paddle when light goes out!!

With the deadzone on your wheel be sure the play isn't in the wheel itself the plastic gear on the steering shaft can get some play over time/use makes for a bit of free play in the centre.
Fixable with some screws and chemical metal!!

Absolutely love the game and cannot wait for the update, particularly the difficulty.
That said, even though it's been a real battle and test in patience and restarts, getting podium has never felt more rewarding.

 

In fairness, that's what I've been doing regarding the starts, put it in gear and wait 'till the lights go out. With manual H shift it's not too bad, but yeah, sequential cars you don't have much option but to hold the revs and slam the paddle into gear which gives you very little control over wheelspin or bogging down ! Like I said though, for realism this needs to change and false starts implemented, it is a sim after all, as it is now it's very arcade as you basically have automatic starts where you're held on the start line and cant go until the lights go out !
Secondly, there is no play in my wheel (Thrustmaster T300RS). I've checked and tested it on the Thrustmaster control panel on my laptop where it responds as it should, also in pCARS and DiRT Rally when you check the calibration on the respective menus, it shows no deadzone and I can feel FFB effects in the dead ahead position when driving, ruling out any mechanical issues with the wheel.

 

No news to share right now regarding privat lobbies ?? How about we got some news about privat lobbies and not the same bs everytime !! FFS

Mmm, sure right. Why is so hard to answer the questions about privat lobbies ? Why are you only answering ppl posetive to the game ? ( besides ppl who is frustrated and are not allowed to be ) Why did you release a game undone ? I would like a contructive aswer to that pls ...

I am not sure you have read much in these forums. I would like to bring to your attention a few facts

• This is Kunos Simulazioni very first attempt at a console game, Project CARS have done console before, Forza and Grand Turismo well that's all that they have done in the past.
• Kunos Simulazioni biggest feature is the driving physics, as far as I am aware it has not been done on console before.
  
• KS had thought they had things right at the launch but unfortunately did not get it spot on
• They have listened to the community and have been hard at work trying to get on-top of things.
• Private lobbies have been requested
• KS have said that they want to get a stable game going on the console platforms
• When and only when they have got a stable game going will they be looking into this.

My advice is if you want a realistic driving experience, have a little patience the team at KS will deliver. If you want to have the same as what has been done in the past stick with the established "simcade" games.

 

Thats because youre completely unreasonable, you shouldnt blame others for that.
