1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

Wheels don't need to be setup differently for drifting and racing. It's just a bit of oversteer, nothing different (FFB wise) to regular driving.

thank you so much for the replay RR but if that's the case then is it my car set up ? im using SP Mod and it has a couple of moded cars for drifting i tried the Nissan 180sx with its default setup and when i throttle the wheel just go's crazy left and right and its so hard to control, even when im holding the wheel to make the car go in a straight line its still more of a fight than control especially if i have FFB on 100 and when i tune it down i simply cant know where the car will go because of no FFB:(
so i thought to my self maybe its because my FBB setup but if as your saying it has nothing to do with it than it must something else .

i would appreciate any feedback that can make me hit the tandem better without having to do too much effort to control the wheel .

PS: and btw i subscribed to your YouTube channel :)

The SP mod is pretty damn ****ty and hasn't been updated for a very long time, I would advise to stay away from that...

There are a few FB pages that provide a good few mods, but even the stock e30 drift and other kunos drift cars are much better and easier to control / learn with. I'd give those a try.

Thanks for the subscription, there are many download links in the descriptions of my videos for lots of drift cars too, if you see any on there you like the look of.

btw RR i noticed that if i tuned down the FFB gain in the main menu to 60~65% it makes the wheel lighter which is perfect for drifting and that was my main issue with the wheel as it was on 100% and i couldn't control the wheel with that much force .
