PS4 Future?

If you compare spe,c it's just marginally better than PS4 Pro and considering lack of supported games and in general better optimization on PS systems, I doubt it will be able to edge it significantly or at all overall.
I have PS4 Pro and PC (not the top of the line), and even my kids prefer gaming on PC, more games titles, better graphics, no consoles generations compatibility issues. And you can play shooters like a normal grown up with mouse and keyboard, not to mention using exotic hardware (DD, pedals, handbrakes) with PC racing titles.

ok.....so I guess the console version of AC stays as is.

Suppose we just gonna have to "deal with it" as advised.

@Driver 101 Kunos update bits and pieces all the time. There has been a wishlist for many apps/options/changes and slowly but surely AC implement them when they see a good enough reason or figure out how to get the best options available with their limited time and man power. The console version will be improved and certain new options will be included, if the system can support it. Remember AC is not a game, it is doing far more under the bonnet than just putting pretty pixels on the screen.

 

Trust me, I wanted to believe MS claims myself, even signed to XBox One X availability notification list.
But this is sober reality, unfortunately.

Teraflops gap between XBox On X and PS4 Pro is even smaller than between PS4 and PS4 Pro.

Yes, it may finally close the performance gap between XBox and PS, but hardly put it into gaming PC camp.
And when someone say, it will be as good as mid range PC. What exactly that means, one man mid range is another man potato. What spec, CPU, memory, GPU, we are talking here?

Devs are telling a different thing. And its not only tflops or other numbers. We will see.
