1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    As the tittle says, what's your best car to drive in the game and on which track?!?

    I luuuuv the Ferrari 458 Italy on Nordschleife. Is pure porn to drive and that sound though....!!!!!!!

    Such an amazing car to drive, easy and very. predictable I've to say. You can drive it without TC (as I do), which is amazingly fun but on limit it asks that you're concentrate but on mistakes is very forgiving (middle speed), so far my

    Nice choice though! I think that Mclaren F1 GTR feels at home on Spa. Didn't come to that car to test it but it's brutal car.

    Escort mk1 rs 1600.. Without a doubt. That thing is hilarious, you can throw it around the track and the little thing keeps on going like nothing happened.
    M3 E30 for drifting.

    I still have a lot to test drive... so far my favorites (all stock settings)

    Zonda R/FXXK for lap times on the nordschleife (easiest to drive fast)

    the M235i racing is pretty nice too... that sound!

    I used to have a favourite car.
    Also I used to play with a thousand of apps on, watching if I had 1C difference in tyre temperature.
    But not anymore.
    In my last sessions I go to servers with nordschleife tourist, I close all apps and I choose any car that is available, i wait for a couple of guys to join with me and I just drive.
    Every single car in Assetto is a joy to drive.
    There is no bad car. When you find the limit, all cars just put a smile to my face.
    I keep coming back for nords tourist every time since.

    The Lotus 240r and the Exige S
    Perfect handling, fantastic brakes. This car is in a clas of its own.

    I have always disliked lotus in sims and games before this one.
    They have felt to to light and the handling has been like an old 911.

    Has to be the Miura on all tracks. Generally I Think Assetto drives better with max 400 HP in the roadcars.

    Road Cars
    F40 Stage 3: The sound is utterly addicting. Kunos nailed it.
    458 Stage 3: Phenomenal handling.
    Lotus Evora Carbon: Used it multiple times in some online trackdays. Love how the interior look and the sound when It hits the rev limiter. Nice handling as well.

    Race cars:
    458 GT2: Once again, great sound and handling as its road-legal sister.
    Huracan GT3: Definitely my favourite GT3 model.
    M3/190/155 DTM: Seriously, I love them all.

    Honorable mention: F1 GTR. Looks great, sounds even better...but I just can't drive it fast unless I turn the stability control up to 40-50%.

    My fav streetcars now are 488, Ruf CTR( for ages) and not kidding, the M4(Akra)...
    Fav racers are (still) the M3 E30 DTM, F1 GTR and off course number 1 the Escort Mk1...

    I already asked in the screenshots thread, but I threw away this custom skin #78 a few weeks ago...:eek:
