XB1 Xbox One Update v 1.14 OUT NOW

The DLC is an optional extra, the update isn't, so they are separate, for now let's be happy with the update

Maybe not, the last time they said an update was getting on QA, they last 3 months to release the update on PS4 and almost 5 months on XBOX. OK, 1.14 appears to be much more difficult to develop, but still, probably we will have to wait 1 month or more for 1.15.

Well, hopefully 1.15 will be less of a headache than 1.14 proved to be and won't take so long. Fingers crossed!!

 

All DLC came till now as an "unlock archive."
Cause all DLC cars has been put in the game trough the updates.
And buying the dlc you unlock them in the game.
So,the cars will be in 1.15 update and the "unlock archive DLC" will come together.

Lets see how "soon" it all enters en QA and then how "soon" it will be send to submission..

My bet goes to mid-end September.

 

True, I forgot about that. Still is not a confirmation, because they could release an update only with the cars, but it is very unlikely that they would do that (if it was that, they would have done it already).

A defenitive confirmation by Kunos would be welcomed.

I'm using a controller and it's impossible to turn right, cars always go left.

 

They have fixed the aero of the F1 cars and hopefully of the 917 if porsches Added full FOV Options and option for track conditions the game runs more stable and didn't stutter anymore Framerate seems to be improved with 15 AI on the grid so far it looks that it's real improvement if private lobbies run stable than this is the best update so far

 

It seems much easier now to control oversteer, is this because of the tyre model improvements or something else do you think? Is the frame rate up a bit or is it my imagination?

 

I had high expectations for this update and it has really lived up to that! I'm glad it turned out to be a great update.

Now, where is my Maserati GT1? lol.

Finally got to have a go after waiting all day, I have to say it seems really good!

Love the change of cockpit view, seems a lot more immersive, though I'm not sure exactly how to set it, so far I go for auto then lower cockpit/wheel till they line up with my actual wheel, is that right?

Tried the new track and some of the new cars, so far so good...I like it a lot

 

Absolutely fantastic update been a long time worth but it is so worth it. Finally we have full competitive lobbies with a huge variance to choose from. Kudos to Kunos. Only problem I've had so far is disconnection from server 4 laps into 10 laps race when in 4th place which was mildly frustrating.

I was having single figure framerate even in practice mode. That seems to have disappeared. I tried a career race and no signs of FR dips. I am very grateful as now I can play the game without getting a headache. Have you optimised the frame rate or is it possible I had a bad copy??

 

The Audi sounds amazing! Kunos absolutely nailed it. That's one thing I love about AC, the sound is awesome. One thing i noticed: The rear view mirror is gone. I use dashboard cam and it was always there. In a race now we have no clue what's going on behind us. Can anybody confirm or is it just me?

 

Its quite obvious now how necessary privat lobbies were when you now see tons of Lobbies like never before. Now what we need is a proper "scoreboard" at the end of a Race. Overall im happy today and look forward to Ready to Race and new AI.
