Was chilling with the #1 after the first corner of misano after the race, typing about the awesome fight we had only to be rammed full on by #3 - while we were in the center of the grass. -2 SA.

Yeah it happened to me, too and I was angry. But actually it was your (and my) fault. On a race track, we should expect people to go very fast, even after race has finished. Going super slow is risky.

 

I don’t hang around after race especially for this reason... shame no chat in pit like AC had.
Not that it would work for VR ppl anyway

I can't understand why most players just stop on the track after a race has ended. Just make your outlap and drive to the pits. All sim-racers want realism and safety measures to protect there safety rating, but after the race is over they don't care where they stop I get it that you slow down because, well the race is over and you need to relax. But i find the race is over when back in the pits.

That is my opinion/perspective on how i end the race.

I agree. There was a lot of demand for inlap (!) support after the race has ended in AC1. Now it's there and most people you see are stopping the car right away and escaping to the pits. I did it quite some times but I don't want to do it, anymore. I want to drive the inlap properly and enjoy the realism.

 

If you bash another car after the checkered flag does it count against your ratings?

 

I believe so yes, the race ends when the last car crosses the finish line. Not only the leader.

 

checkered flag = race over
race over = penalties completed

Guys i have severe microstuttering since a couple days, i suspect it might have to do with the latest Win10 update as i did not change anything about the game or gpu. Do you guys experience it?
Yet other games have no apparent issues...
