Real Head Motion for ACC is here!

I don't think it's possible, because both games use the same shared memory mechanism. If you run RHM, it will pick up both games.

 

I have been running this for a few weeks and I believe it is definitely the way to go for VR.

So much more realistic and allows more focus on where the car is and what it is doing during more violent movements (hitting curbs, being spun etc)

It actually makes your stomach churn when you go through the Corkscrew at Laguna

 

Can't believe it took me this long to try RHM. Don't know why I thought the setup process was more complex. Didn't think it would be this much of a game changer. I'll never be able to play ACC or AC without RHM again

 

I haven't raced without it for years now!

Hello i tryed real head motion but it does not work and i don´t know why? I do all the settings and put the effects to max that i can see if it works but it doesn´t. Is there something i can do?

Try ticking "Open debug windows", and in the debug window check if it recognises the car. Or maybe post a screenshot of the debug window.

 

here is the screenshot of the debug window. rhd recognises the car and also the steering moves. Is it possible that it only works with a steering wheel because know i only drive with my ps5 controller?

 

It shouldn't make a difference that you're on a controller. Are you in the right cockpit view (it only works in one cockpit view)?

 

i try every view and make a left and right turn but there is no movement to corners.

Do you mean there's no "look to apex"? Maybe that doesn't work with a controller (I've never tried it - I have a wheel).

 

one Question:
is it possible to add the following feature to the software for ac and acc: Close to system tray when run minimized?
Cause i want to load it at windows start and don't want to see it in the task bar:

You can even use it with a command line to start a program minimized to tray.

Hello, I've tried all the settings I could find in this thread and some of the linked threads, and the view still jolts like crazy, especially in the nurb or when half the car is in the grass, this is completely disorienting and somewhat sea-sick inducing, am I alone in this? Am I just WAY too used to iracing's camera?
I've tried neck fx for AC1 and had to fiddle a bit to get the camera to feel like iracing's but so far had no such luck with RHM on ACC, some help is appreciated.

These are the settings I'm using these days in ACC. It's probably G Accel Smoothing that makes the biggest difference.
