1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    The Deltawing was at le Mans as well earlier this year. Did not make it through the night. Well, how did it go this time ? Yeah. It sure went. :D

    EDIT: Well le Mans was technically last year, wonder why I forgot New Year's Eve :p

    Didn't last too long unfortunately.
    Gearbox went out 100 laps in for the sucker.

    Some new gearbox they were using.
    So.. no surprise there, it's unfortunate as it was going INCREDIBLE for the first near two hours.

    Very strange indeed for those that haven't kept up with it.
    But it's been around for a few years now. Other drivers are finally getting used to it which is good; no more Road Atlanta issues again (hopefully).

    Even though it is probably the ugliest race car ever (let's just say that it and the nose on last year's F1 cars have a lot in common) it is a technological marvel. It has tires that are half the size of its competitors, an engine about half the size that uses half the fuel, and almost no aero downforce and yet it runs competitive lap times.

    Nissan possibly coming out with a new LMP1 for 2016? There are talks about a front engined (possibly FWD - driver sits in the back) Nissan LMP1 car. Think Nissan would keep the Deltawing in LMP2 class? As its been quite a hassle trying to win any races with it.

    The covered cockpit really doesn't do it any favours, the open one looks a lot nicer. I imagine there are regulations about how big the cockpit has to be & it's not suited to a car that's only a couple feet wide.

    I actually thought the covered cockpit looks better; different strokes for different folks and all that. (probably doesn't help that I think all modern racecars should be closed cockpit for safety)

    The Nissan LMP1 is for this years 2015 WEC season and is front engined. There are already leaked pictures of it. It's not really related to the Deltawing. The LMP1 car is going to be driven by some of the more experienced Super GT and Nissan GT Academy drivers.
