1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    the G29 AND the G920 BOTH work on PC?

    I don't have a ps4 yet but if/when I get one it would be nice to only need one wheel.

    we havent seen a full review of how the wheel can handle things so we might get up with a bigsurprise, which im honestly dont think but just wish.

    shop a thrustmaster or fanatec , (|with 3 pedals and h-shifter).
    I think you may find the Logitech prices are not that far out. we're just used to the G27 being the best priced as far as bang for buck.

    edit:
    I may be mistaken but I think I read the software has been updated to give better feel. so even if it's the same mechanics it may be a better wheel after all.

    I do agree the wheel is cluttered looking with all the buttons etc. in the middle, but looks to me is secondary to performance.

    wow as i heard, they announced G29 i way Yeah, they still havent given up on us and on wheels. As i saw pictures and details i was wtf, this price tag and without shifter looking like a driving Force GT and kinda a G27 unchanged on the inside. oO

    It wont cost 400 eur in shops but surely 350 and for that i would also get a nice Fanatec Package or a Thrustmaster.

    OK i take it back.
    WTF happened to Fanatec. Their Bundles are gone and their prices totally exploded while not beeing the most reliable Wheels. A Package you could get get for about 300 Bucks a year ago now costs way over 400 Bucks.

    If my experience with PS3 compatible Logitech gamepad is worth anything, then it should work like a normal joystick, but it may not have full driver and games support so you will need to fiddle with something like X360 pad emulator to remap buttons in some of the games.

    Typical good example of capitalism working to pad corporate wallets on cheap asian labour. It makes me want to throw up a bit. Logitech are turning into a kind of Apple of peripherals in regards to technological progress/price increase. People WILL buy it obvioysly because it is new and shiny. It is also expensive, therefore it must be GOOD. Not many people will know what a loadcell is, or what belt driven means or what fine differences there are between FFB of Logi vs others. SO yeah, no worries, the gears are grinding nice and well.

    The only thing I rather like about the wheel is the rim. Really expected more from them after the G27 which was a facelifted G25 but this is a bad joke.

    Blame Greece for a 20% price increase of a general consumer good made in China without any significant hardware update seems legit.

    If not for damn Greece, the euro would be global money by now, huh. Because it works so well in general. It's just Greece man, dragging the world down. Media brainwashing at its best.

    Disclaimer: I am not Greek. but I can't stand all the unfounded hate they get because of a system that is flawed by design.
