1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    You havent been on a track in Melbourne Australia then. :D

    Blue sky then hail 15 minutes later, also maybe 45c then get a wind change and drop down to 15c in 5 minutes so its about as random as it gets.

    The only thing you can be sure of whatever the weather is atm it wont be in an hour. ;)

    A randomiser for servers would be cool and possibly a plugin to do real world weather at least in session start.

    asking someone to use third party launchers is a bit of a kop out,

    random time of day and a random weather option would be great to have in the official launcher

    But a simple thing like random weather couldn't be oh my. :(

    The games openly moddable by design, someone has made a great mod that does all you wanted plus much more yet you still find a way to complain.

    CM is a tiny download and easy to use, anyone on PC can easily use this so I dont see your issues with it. But then there are some people that like to just complain for the sake of complaining. :rolleyes:

    nope I just don't want to use a third party program. And alsio random weather actually doesn't work in that if you have been bothered to check it. I posted it on the CM thread but no one answered. Its always 6pm.

    - also no attitude it was more british humour.;)

    I spoke to Stefano about this and he said its a number change in a ini file.. He pretty much said if someone can get around to doing it.. hence my quote of a pointless addition of adding seconds in a replay counter ?!

    I just tried it, if I use the "random everything" command or the shortcut Alt+R in CM it changes time, weather, temperature... car and track :) If you use the "random weather" option that actually doesn't include time, there is a seperate command for that. You know, 6pm not actually being a weather condition. The checkmarks for ideal and real conditions work as well.

    I'm using the latest (maybe experimental) version 0.8.1070.21260 (x86)
