Yeah such BS. We have only 2 maps. Can we atleast get an explanation. I know they know because drift is no longer on the filter track.

 

Honestly. learning how to drift greatly improves your feel for a car and how it behaves. Even the local track racing schools are beginning to add drifting as part of their curriculum. Not solely for drifting, but to understand, learn and react, to a car that is about to lose control.
Knowing this gives you and edge on the track. Being able to push the car way beyond its limits And still maintain control. Where as someone whom has never drifted would not know what to do in those situation. Drifting takes immense amount of technique and finesse. And when you get it just right. Its equivalent to beating your personal best lap time. Learning to drift will not diminish your skills as a track guy. If anything it would improve it.
Im a track guy myself. But learning to drift, imo has made me more of a complete driver.

I know on the last lap i can push my vehicle harder than the next guy, and be in total control of not losing it.

 

Why are there less JDMs and more BMWs as Drift Cars in Europe?

 

I can't drift but by accident with the Porsche 911 RS GT3 at Brandshatch I had a great momento so I took the change when it came to me .
It's a beauty a one time in my life moment .
