0.7 Update - Official thread

Still no sign of 0.7.2 but going by RSR at least Fox Gek has it

testers, end o day how would they make those release notes up, cos they do need fixed soon as

 

goin thru ac versions on rsr all i looked thru said no version , they must test ac, they wer only guys done a car mod for nkpro, must still be in testin

 

He is a tester, and I guess the RSR guys get a version first to test maybe they found 0.7.2 had some issues and so it was held back from all of us.

I have a feeling they are going to announce what is going to be in the dream car pack for the DLC. Either that or a definitive date for the MP.

Nice audition. I dont know the driving characteristics, but sound and designwise the C7r is kinda cool, plus it makes the GT field more international.
Still I would wish for some race-cars, that are faster then the GT2/3's.
Something with a p/w-ratio of 2.0 to 1.5.

Overall I ask myself which cars voted for, will not come till september.

 

Sweet! I've never been a fan of the Corvette that much but I do love the look of the new one. And more importantly for myself the race version.

Question, is the race version a GT3 car or something else? Where does it fit in the pecking order of what we have?

PS: I predicted right (sorta), yay (not that it was hard )

It's a GTE car

 

C7 can compete against 458, Porsche 911 - we have RUF in DLC as competitor and audi r8. Maybe the Mclaren MP4.

 

So slightly off topic but GTE replaced GT2? So in other words a grid of the M3 GT2, 458 GT2 and C7 GTE would all be equal?

 

Since when does RUF got an GT2 or GT3 car? That would be fictional and that will probably not happen, even I would like it.

What makes you sure that the R8 will not be the GT3 version?

Anyway, I hope that the planed restrictors for AC will make the cars equal.
This mess with 2 different classes without a big difference in overall acceleration/speed is ****.
At least in the game I hope they could compete against each other and get rid of this mess.

Edit: Sorry I didnt thought about the street-cars cause the slow ones arent interesting for me.
Waiting for the P1 etc.

 

Its simply the name as far as I know, anyhow the regulations change from time to time.

 

To make it short: Yes GTE replaced GT2 (It's using slighly different rules now)
Maybe the M3 GT2 is slower, because it's an older car, but the Ferrari and the Corvette should be quite equal

C7R should be equal to Ferrari 458 GT2!
