ACC Graphics and Performance Discussion

It's to weak for my system and have a 13600k sitting here to fit in. Just got to wait for Santa to allow me to install it, lol

 

Are there any benchmarks from the Radeon RX7900XTX with ACC?

 

Just in case anyone is interested to know what rtx 4090 performance is like in ACC on a monitor instead of VR I have a 38 inch 1600p monitor and I run with all settings on Epic but bloody off, I think. I also run I KTAA ode and 150% resolution scale with no DLSS or FSR.

I have my fps capped at 72fps and the GPU runs between 50 - 70% usage.

Last night I did a test at spa with a full field of 50 cars and I started from the rear. I ran in stormy conditions at night, cloudy and sunny conditions during the day and the most gpu usage was around 77%. The cpu single core maxxed out at 81%

Thought his might be useful info for anyone considering a 4090.

I should also mention that the game looks stunning with these settings, the clarity is unbelievable.

Just so that I have consistent fps and don't dip below what it is set at. I may up it but did it as a test initially. It is also half my monitors framerate

If I'm not mistaken your monitor is G-Sync Ultimate (Acer Predator 38"), therefore you should use it at its highest refresh rate and let G-Sync do is thing.

Yes it is but it helps to keep the temps down at 72. The room I race in is pretty warm compared to the rest of the house. I may up it a bit after some tweaking

and enjoy a 5% speed up

 

Hi, this version actually gains some FPS but disables sharpness.
Personally I prefer to have a clear image.

I did not notice until now as I ran only 25% sharpness anyway

 

I see the green reflection all over the screen at night and 4k. there is no issue at 1440p or in 4k in light conditions.

What I already did:
- Enable/Disable FSR
- change graphic settings to low, medium, ultra (or high not sure)
- reinstalling my graphic card drivers and uninstall them with DDU (running with default settings)

Right now, DLSS uses a custom version of the library. Over the past year or so, have the customizations been merged back into mainline DLSS, and if so, would it be possible to upgrade DLSS in the next major release (presumably 1.9)?

 

Has anyone done a direct comparison of the 4070 Ti & 4090 in ACC on triple 1440 monitors? It's hard to tell if there would be meaningful improvement or if it's mostly CPU bottlenecked at that point.
