The Exige S is definitely too quick for this lot, although the Roadster is slower than the hard top.

 

Cheers whatever combo it ends up when I get online I'm just happy someone is hosting something other than your regular GT-cars...

 

That's a shame. I think that we can think a bit too much about performance differences sometimes, without also thinking about the range of driver skills.

 

i think it strikes a good balance, 2 paddle shift 2 stick shift. even amount of different cars available, should be enough of each that most people can drive the car they want to (unless the server becomes full of course)

 

im glad i didnt go with the 1m as well, would be a copy of aloog server 3

a list of cars i wish i had the chance to race more often online:

f40 s3
312t
f1 gtr
cobra
500 (& s1) (at somewhere other than magione. i quite like them at monza, and at monza 66 its like an oval race with these cars ( in a fun way ))

would love to have a go in any of the above at some point (not together obviously)

 

Monza66 is surprisingly more fun to race then I expected even in slower cars, just that starting grid is nasty as hell.

 

for sure slow cars can be great fun at high speed tracks, if i remember there are only 2 corners at monza 66 with the fiat (that arent flat out) so you have to tease every last bit of exit speed to make them count

 

be happy to jump on this with any combo... nice clean races 80% of the time in aloog servers, I think this could get busy enough to warrant a password. nice one andy. i'll put a shout in for the exos 125.

 

Im always up for Lotus 49 or Ferrari 312T...well the 500's too for that matter...

 

Could you guys tell me what is the ip of aloog server? I used to do some pub on the spa server but I haven't been able to see the server in the list for quite a while. I want to check if my network settings are wrong. Thanks.

some great racing again today up and down the grid. i think i will leave the same cars for tomorrow but change the track.
any suggestions for tomorrows circuit?

When I ping this ip, I timed out 100%. I guess that's why I haven't been able to see your server for quite a while...

Hmmm very weird indeed. AFAIK there has been no IP address blocked from that server.
Perhaps @kevin.maatman can shed some light on it in his capacity as server provider?

Are you sure you have the correct in-game filters enabled? Allow pickup/empty/full then type ALOOG in the search box and you should see the servers that Kevin has posted above.

I agree completely. I may not be very fast but they are great cars to drive, whether battling or not

Although my preference would not be magione, for me it is better to let the cars stretch their legs a little but personal taste aside, I'd still join as there aren't many servers with these cars online atm.
