1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    i see what you mean mate. what does everyone else think?

    keep 100% grip or grip kept between 92 & 95 % with high grip gain (would have to base it on full grid so less players would probably stay at 92%)

    also, what tomorrow?

    QV, exos, 312t, 49 have been suggested.

    This Abarth @ Monza 66 combo could be quite exciting, but unfortunately there are too many careless and downright selfish drivers around to make it work. It's hard work keeping 20 Abarths from playing car pinball at the start (particularly when the first sweeping right hander is reached), but when I see people that have recovered from a crash deliberately blocking other cars that are approaching at significantly higher speed, well......I just know that it will end in disaster. A great shame, because 24 Abarths racing close together on this track looks quite dramatic! :(

    Plus one for lowering the grip level.
    I'm not sure if I'll be able to play tomorrow (and any other day until Thursday) but it would be cool to race 312T or L49. I had some nice 312T races but I've never really raced L49 so far. I haven't tried Exos in ages and for me those newer formula cars require some setup tweaks which aren't my strong point. And QV is just QV. :p

    If we do decide to race the Lotus Exos 125, I would personally prefer a track that doesn't have too many long straights. I can't be doing with this modern DRS rubbish. I prefer to stick to the basics ;)

    I had some really fun racing today (first time on aa "clutch" race online, but agree with you last two rounds was a mess.
    I am sorry for the 2 I hit today, first time I lost control, second time the car in front me lose control and I was to fast to avoid him, sorry again mates.

    It's worth noting that a lot of accidents were caused simply by the pinball effect. With so many cars in close proximity on a relatively narrow track, minor touches now and again were inevitable. Quite a few major pileups started this way, and they weren't really anybody's fault.

    It's also worth noting that we don't kick/ban for accidents, we all make them.
    @DaVeX↯ don't panic if you take someone out by accident, just say sorry and continue on with your race. It also helps if you give the position back to the person you took out if possible.
    We're all here to have fun, it's just the deliberate wreckers that need to worry and I didn't see any on Saturday when I was on :)

    Healthy attitude @bigbawmcgraw...I share.

    So I joined this weekend for 1 or 2 races on notebook/gamepad. Dayum this is hard now that I got used to triple screens :confused: Gotta say even though I'm not a correct-FOV-Nazi, something close to the correct FOV is healthy for me. Running on a 15" screen with the default 70° feels like racing with some sort of reverse magnifying glass :D Really, really hard to judge track position and I for one brake way too early with too large FOV.

    As for combo suggestions: I didn't join last night because the 500 at Monze 66 is just too boring.
    So how about Imola + the old DTM cars?
    BTW: I will race tonight.

    I had some great races yesterday, server was busy all afternoon. 3 way battle with F Gek and bigbaw was very good fun.

    today is QV @ Vallelunga Club with lower grip. I chose Vallelunga Club as no one suggested a track.

    during the week I change the server at about 6pm gmt. so I will leave QV till tomorrow at 6pm.

    so suggestions welcome for tuesdays 6pm change

    This is not about the Aloog 1 server but could someone share a setup to the Spa server? Both BMW and Ferrari would be really appreciated. I dont care about qualification setup but just a race one :) Please.
