1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

What a wonderful bunch of cars in the Red Pack!

The two old F1 Maseratis are a nice contrast to rest of the cars in the AC garage. They are not the fastest, but you could enjoy every corner with a slide.

The Aventador is fast on the straights and could be quite understeery in the corners. The car in gereral feels light, i thought you would feel more feedback in the steering.

The GT4 Maserati is a nice and tame racecar, if brakes and tires are warm. Braketemps in the tyre-app would be a good addition in the future.

The 488 GT3 feels all right, easy to drive GT3 machine, but it is challenging to find the last bit of speed at the limit.

For the two modern Ferrari F1 cars you need to speed up your brain before driving.
With the F138 you could easily get up to speed after a couple of laps & spins. The tricky bit is braking and accelerating. The KERS mangement is simple and after a 3 laps a no-brianer.

The complexity highlight is the SF-15-T. The driving itselft isn't much different than in the F138, but the management & choice of the right modes for the 'power-train' is a new level of realism in Assetto Corsa. After choosing the right modes the driving is stunning and fairly predictable. The acceleration of these modern F1 hybrid cars is speechless.

But the cars that impresses me the most, is the 'free' Maserati Levante! Because i had no expectations and it is surprisingly fast and sounds gorgeous. And it is a very thirsty car. Around 4,2 l per lap on the Red Bull Ring, the Aventador needed ~2,5 l per lap.

Speaking of the Red Bull Ring: simply stunning and beautilful! No more words needed.

    Thank you Kunos Simulazioni!

Amazing DLC. The Price is absolutely ok. I know I will only drive 3 cars (Ferrari SF-15T, Ferrari F138,Ferrari 488 GT3), but would have paid 30€ for just These three.

Think you've raised the bar to unreachable hights for Codemasters F1-2016 :D (duck and RUUUUUUUUN) in Terms of "simulate the ultimate F1-experience".

100% sure that something changed with FFB. I was moaning about 458 Italia's FFB beeing truck like (probably the heaviest FFB from all AC's cars) and now it's happily way lighter and much more real-life like... but on the other hand it's quite numb at center position, and I think that FFB of other cars also changed. F40 feels way too light, Escort is getting heavier only during cornering and it was heavy also at center in 1.6...
Similary Formula Abarth has also lighter FFB - I've been driving it on Vallalunga with my setup for some days now and after 1.7 it's also lighter.
If you look at cars files you will see that 458 or FA were updated today.

I'm using G27 LUT and it was perfect since the lut option appeared. Now I'm not too sure what's going on.

Maybe Grand Old Masters in @Aristotelis or @Lord Kunos could write a word or two?

I'm not sure about the rest but I'm 100% sure Italia has changed and 90% sure FA also changed.

all at 100% as it was before. I don't chage ffb for individual cars as I assume that FFB comes from physix (as KS said) so at 100% all should work as intended by devs.
I only used 458 Italia at 100% or 93% for some time in last updates as at 100% something was just f***** up with car's ffb. Way too heavy & too strong ffb (it started with 1.3 or 1.4 update as far as I remember).

So that's why I'd love to read Stefano's or Aris' answers on this matter.

EDIT: I just tried 458 @iMola... well... seems fine... Problably even the same as before? I don't know what to think. Now I'm not even sure if there's a change in 458's ffb.
Maybe it's due to Red Bull Ring beeing very smooth or something? I'm feeling pretty dumb ATM to be honest -_-'

What is this new "Push to pass button" in McLaren P1 mentioned in the 1.7 changes? And how about "bypass button" of F138?

    It's mentioned there: http://prntscr.com/bt12g6

Push to pass means same as DRS button? Also what is this "give me all you have" button Stefano mentioned in stream? It's the KERS keybinded button?

So, good evening of testing the new stuff (After being mildly frustrated with my wheel, LGS and AC while remapping my controls ;) ), I like the most new stuff a lot. There are some slight FF issues I´ll look into, mainly a loss of forces in the center part, that I never noticed before, but I guess I can work around that.

So in conclusion: Great update on the main game with some nice new features and again a whole load of awesome content that will need some real amount of time to get familiar with.

Thanks Kunos, another job well done!

Something has changed with the race displays and rev lights in a lot of cars. A lot of the displays are now so much darker, they are harder to see.

Also on cars like the Corvette C7R, the Rev lights used to be incredibly bright with a flared like effect, now they are very dark looking.

I literally just spent a good half-hour lapping the SF15-T. I love as much simulation of a car's onboard systems as possible (my ultimate wet-dream would be a DCS-type simulator, with all of this... probably will never happen though :p), so managing the ERS was heaps of fun. Kudos, this is the most I've enjoyed AC in quite a while.

normaly push to pass will give you few extra HP for limited time .. same function as DRS just works on different principle

F1 2015 is a lot of fun but with my triples, I can't see the era percentage.... It's also not mentioned in the ers management box. Any way of getting a percentage to show up somewhere besides on the wheel?

I noticed some bugs. I tested the SF15-T on the Nordschleife and the rear tires were missing in Replay and outside Cameras. The second bug occurs when I change the MGU-H to Motor mode. When the engine stops after a crash or something else I can't get it back to work, even if I ESC back to pits. I have to start a new session to get a running engine.

    Amazing update, as always!

Any word on changes to AI fuel and tyre management? Ever since single player put stops got added I've been holding out for the chance to make offline endurance (or semi-endurance with a forced pit stop) races.

What happened to the Monza oval layout? They showed it in the previews but it doesn't appear to be in the update.

It's pretty late so i just had a quick spin in the Levante and the GT4, my god they are lovely! Who would've thought that an SUV can be this fun on a track? And GT4 is so far better feeling wise than all the previous GT3 cars (haven't tried the 488).
Can't wait to try the other cars (old F1's from 1800's will probably remain in garage).

Yes that's why I wondered why it said P1 has now some new feature "Push to pass". It had manual DRS before, so unless it's combined in the same button now, I'm out of ideas what this could be.

They showed previews of it 2 yrs ago too...

Besides that, the track was never going to come with this update/dlc.
