Assetto corsa's problems (imo)

It's funny how so many of these "What Assetto Corsa NEEEEDS!!!!" threads have links to PRC.

I've read some of his articles and they are littered with 'disinformation' to make Kunos look like villains whilst at the same time linking to a minority on this forum who think the game sucks, like their opinion matters.

The latest one I've seen is; Kunos is in big trouble, his evidence being Stefano stopped his live streams. And he published that AFTER Stefano had written on this forum saying why he had moved back to Italy.

And now we have someone else doing his dirty work by posting 'their opinion' (no it's not, it's just his opinion regurgitated using different words) on here, which will no doubt be linked to in one of James' future bloggs....catch 22
How boring and unimaginative can he be?

All it takes is the seed of doubt, for the weak minded to believe.

 

I would love to see a formation lap implemented. We have done this in past sims in league races, however we had to kind of fudge it, with essentially lap 1 being the formation lap, so on an 11 lap race, only 10 are race laps. A formation lap is doable, but then the only reasonable cause after that is a rolling start, it would be pretty impossible to then have to grid up again without official support from the devs.

I really do love doing formation laps though, there is a real sense of tension building as you get closer to the grid.

 

the biggest problem for kunos is the safety of their devs, i mean they are putting themselves in places where they or their families could die(or worse). Once they're safe i think they can worry about the more mundane problems

 

stefano said that was a very good idea. it would get rid of the launch problems as well because t1 is an issue we all know that.
