1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Anyone considering buying the seasons pass and the prestige pack/performance pack, but has yet to do so, may want to read my experience below.

    Some weeks back, I was going to pull the trigger on the seasons pass and actually clicked on it which put it in my PSN shopping basket. I then hesitated from confirming the purchase due to my uncertainty about how the console release was going and its lack of features compared to PC. When the prestige pack was eventually made available on the PSN store, I tried to purchase it, but was unable to do so because the tab you click which normally shows the price, just displayed 'download' instead. Selecting this just gave me an error code each time. It took me some time to realise that I still had the seasons pass in my shopping basket, and only once I removed it, could I purchase the prestige pack.

    This got me wondering if there was some sort of glitch that meant if I bought the season pass, I would then have been able to download the prestige pack for free, even though this should not be the case. Regrettably, I bought the prestige pack regardless and now wish I'd bought the seasons pass first. Having finally purchased the seasons pass last night, I now notice that the performance pack is available for me to download, whereas before the seasons pass purchase, only the price was displayed. I'm 99% sure that my glitch hunch was indeed correct and I would have been able to download the prestige pack too.

    Bottom line : buy the season pass first because you might get lucky and be able to download the prestige pack for free.

    It's funny, I thought something like this may be the case. I know the Sony store is separate from this game, but still, with so many silly little bugs I thought something like this isn't impossible.

    Oddly enough though, I don't mind giving these guys my money. I know the game is absolutely riddled with bugs.. But you just can't beat these physics on console, and I really hope kunos stays at it and keeps providing us with more and more content that I will be more than happy to pay for! (as long as they keep working out the bugs, of course)

    I just checked, no free prestige for me.. Even after buying the season pass. So it seems to be working the way it should, also ps4 north America.

    I'm pretty sure that It won't. EU and US stores have two different types of deals going on:

    I tried buying this on the PS store, but there was an issue with them completing the transaction. They said everything was good to go, but it wouldn't do the purchase. Now it's too late. Full price again. I missed out. :( Kunos, can I get a break here?

    I've just caved and bought the season pass however I did what the guy earlier said and put the pass into my basket and noticed that the prestige pack (all packs as well) went to download status instead of a price. It also came up with an error when I tried to download so I then paid for the season pass then it let me download the others including the prestige pass. I downloaded the season pass last but I'm not sure it would have made a difference. Anyway, included or not it certainly let me take it (prestige) from eu store so I'm a happy bunny

    Very odd, well maybe the difference was that I downloaded the pass after all the dlc's as they were coming up free once I'd completed payment?

    In my case, I didn't complete the purchase of the seasons pass until after I bought and downloaded the prestige pack separately. Your example just seems to confirm what I suspected might be the case if I had bought the seasons pass first, when I originally had it in my shopping basket and the download buttons appeared.
