1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

I really don't care for having to wait a few more weeks for the DLC...

There are so much cars I still have to test (or try to master)...

There would be no sense to complain even for the track (I have completed less than 2 laps on Monza Junior / Silverstone 67)

I am sure that the majority of the players hasn't try all the stuff already included in their game!

    Am I wrong? ;)

  6. Ehh, they're different cars - and I'm damn excited for both. I don't think anyone will be making comparisons (in quality) between them - its not really fair.

But tbh, I think I'm more excited for the new fictional track, really think its going to fun.

I can't wait to experience all S1 problems lol

For example those which can be seen at 1:20, 1:40, and most importantly 3:40. Obviously E2 probably has more grip, and is more advanced than those with no aero kit on them, however gonna see

    crazy car...

@AccAkut I think you are safem as your car is totally different thing, but you might find some inspiration in Kunos Quattro.

I wouldn't worry, they're not the same cars? One is a classic Group B rally car and the other a modern interpretation of the former in form of a circuit/time attack monster. From that alone I'd hazard a guess that they'll drive quite differently.

  10. I also hope that the handbrake is just as useless as it was in these cars on group b era.

@Nahkamarakatti I guess we are going to need it if we will want to slide it across the race tracks, I wonder how it is going to be on a cobble stone.

I looked for more YT footage specifically with E2. E2 is way more planted, but maybe also tarmac stages in later GroupB years were slower.

imo the car is to clean. I would want the interior to be a bit more dirty, like its been used. :)

No handbrake at all. Central diff can't open when handbrake is pulled, so even if you can put a hydraulic handbrake, strong enough, then it would lock all 4 wheels... so no handbrake. Scandinavian flick is your friend.
