1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Windshield is ok only because damage is off. But tire wear is on. Only change I made was to RH front tire pressure, 2 psi lower than standard setup. Any ideas on other changes?[​IMG]

    There are not a lot of set up variables on this beauty and the default is pretty good. Main changes in my setup were tire pressures at 20 psi on the lefts and 22 psi on the rights. ARBs set to 3 Front and 5 rear - almost the inverse of default. TC at 1. I'm going to work on TC off next. Good luck!

    Been looking forward to taking the 599xx Evo for a spin round my local streets.Got everything set up,door bell goes I answer it and when I come back the young team have only gone and absconded with all 4 wheels.Contacted the police who said it wouldn't be hard to track them down and for a finder's fee they would tell me where I could buy them back.i'll be paying by glass check (glass irn-bru bottle)thanks.Hopefully back on road soon.
    TW that's the ladies pub and i guarantee you go in there you'll find out more than you want to about rough rides.

    If you're new to AC I would also recommend;

    Get the setup app and you can download setups that other people have posted. http://thesetupmarket.com/#/

    Turn on the delta app in ac. I find it very helpful to instantly gauge whether a line is fast or not.

    Also, I think touching the walls is perfectly legal, although certainly not the fastest way. If the walls were outside of the track limits the game would disallow your lap when you hit the wall.

    Are you sure they aren't the fastest way? I have an 42.3xx that I don't want to upload here cause it relays heavily on wall riding :p

    Back from a long weekend in Florence to test my skills on this beast.
    Many many laps and set ups later this is the best I can manage. I might fluke something later in the week but consistently in 1.46 so happy to break into the 1.45’s .
    I will try some of those sites mentions but not sure they will work on the xb1..

    Wall banging or riding will never help you in the long run. In my opinion it is definitely a form of cheating.
    The goal is to be fast on all tracks so cheating on one isn’t gonna make you any faster on the tracks without walls.

    Nice pic too, I’ve recently been learning some SRV stuff. Tin Pan Alley and his version of little wing.
