Porsche are fantastic but u get the impression when it comes to naming cars the guy in charge of the department uses a calculator ! Im waiting for the day he leaves and names the new porsche a porsche 8008135

 

So, if we get the 2017 911 RSR...

 

Changelog can wait a little now... I'm barely breathing, gonna pass out...

@Schnipp It is posted, it is like 911 and then three other 911 which are not much different, and then 917K and two other awesome cars, such as 908 LH.

It's not leaked, it's right there publicly accessible on Steam, it comes up in the Steam search too. I guess they published it for the season pass, unless it was a mistake.

 

Well, actually, if you take the 911 3.0 RSR aside (which still counts more as a race car rather a street car), there are no historic Porsche street cars in the three packs.
Only current (or in case of the 918 and the 911 R recent) models and race cars.

Mogget won't be happy.

Edit: But if the packs and other DLCs sell well, maybe we could see some historic street Porsche cars in a year or so.

 

I notice there`s no year info next to the 911r in the 3rd pack...... I can still dream it`ll be the 60s version.

 

What an amazing list of cars. I have to admit I was hoping to see the Carrerea GT and a 959 as well but as im more into race cars I can cope with that. Also would have loved to see the 904 as it is onw of the last street legal "protptypes" of porsche. The last one was the 906 but styling wist that one is quite close to the 908. The cars that I really miss in this list are lesser known heroes like the 924 GTP, the 944 Turbo CUP or the LeMans GTR car and the RS Spyder. But this post is not a whishlist, I'm more than happy with what we got already, it is an awesome lineup and we might get some more at a later time...

 

All sounds brilliant, but one nitpick is that it seems a bit of a waste to have both the 2015 and 2016 919's. Lots of other amazing Porsche's could have taken one of those spots.

Porsche Pack Volume II is following the first DLC in being dedicated to the Porsche brand, introducing a different selection of models in a total of nine configurations. The pack places an emphasis on modern-day Porsche racing cars, including the entire 991 GT3 racing line and the latest 2016 Le Mans-winning 919 Hybrid, while also featuring two of the German brand’s most iconic racing cars, the 908 Lang-Heck and 917 K. Volume 3 also brings players one of the most coveted modern road cars of the modern-day Porsche line-up, the Porsche 911 R, completing a perfect mix between road cars as well as modern and historic racing models.
