1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    The same thing here. Someone suggested I needed the Anniversary Update for Win 10, but the Microsoft Forza 6 installation System Requirements specifically say that Windows 10 Build 1511 is all you need. That's exactly what I have. Still shows as grey. It seems like we have similarly powered systems - both are more than capable at running Forza 6:Apex maxed out. I don't get it.

    I swear to God, that wasn't there a couple of days ago. If you hit MORE and scroll down it lists the system requirements & recommended system specs. Well, when I was trying to install it the other day it said OS: 64-bit Windows 10 - version 1511. I had no idea which build I was on and I wasn't even exactly sure how to find out in Win10 so I had to google "how to find windows 10 build version". The top result brought me to howtogeek.com page which showed me how to use the Settings App > System > About and there it was Version - 1511, the same one on the System Requirements page. Obviously, it was just a mistake on Microsoft's part. At least they updated it because I'm sure @Stepy and I weren't the only two having this issue.

    Thank you for bringing it to my attention. Otherwise I probably wouldn't have even bothered trying again even once my system installed the upgrade to Build 1607. I wasn't dying to play or anything, just curious. Again, thank you...

    You are correct, it was recently added. I knew the update was required because I read it in an article about Apex going full version. After installing and playing Apex you might feel it wasn't worth the effort.. ;)

    I thought Forza Apex was a bad deal for free and so uninstalled it, dont think I would pay for anything from t10 again. I paid for Horizon but luckily it was such a buggy POS they gave a full refund with no issues but I have no interest in anything they do now that I have tried both their freeware and payware stuff.
