1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Should have known it was a Chevy, my brother owned a Bel Air, and I've got a 1953 Corvette ingame. These things are great to drive ingame just cruising around playing music, it might not be real, but it sure is close.

    you can lock to 30fps or 60fps if you want to or play it unlocked, but unlocked is terrible for me so i play at 30, which is not that noticeable tbh.

    Ok, sorry, I haven't been following this. Thought I read it was capped at 30 fps on pc as well. Still 30 fps for a driving game seems really low.

    The PI system is crap. I never know how much to upgrade my car so I can stay competitive. They eat me alive on the straights.

    Yeah... Tyres are your enemy in this game. Rarely you go higher than Streets.

    I usually have a straightline and a cornering car in each class, depending on the track.

    I'm no good at tuning and upgrading in any racing game, I just hop in put the pedal to the metal and hang on, but what I've found in FH3 is that by upgrading and not going out of the class that it was in originally seems to me anyway to bring the best results.
    When I first started I did all kinds of super upgrades which just didn't work real well. The other thing is finding a car that feels really good to handle to you, and upgrading that, although in some cases you dont need to upgrade because you can handle that car so well.

    If I don't touch the power I just get obliterated (I play on unbeatable). Finishing 5th is a win. However that's a good thing because I get good fights out of the AI and if I practice a route more I get better finishes. I am still to figure out how this whole game works but I love it. I've not seen automotive enthusiasm so well portrayed in a game. Cars have so much character and accent it so well. I've not experienced sounds mixed and done so well and consistent across all cars.

    You get good fights alright, when they say it ain't over till the fat lady sings, they had this game in mind, I cant believe the amount of times I've thought I'm going to win or at least come a place only to skid out or hit a tree. If youre feeling a bit worn out you can go and knock over a few signs or find some cars, there's always something to do.
    I've stoppped trying to figure it out for the moment and just do what's close at hand, seems to work for me.

    Game was fun for a shortwhile, but when I tried using my G27 wheel with it, it was just horrible. I was hoping to get some realistic handling and feel with a wheel. But nope. It would've been a keeper had it not been for the horrible wheel support. It's better with the controller.

    Runs absolutely like the last time I tried it, like s..t.It also seems to run slightly better on medium settings 1080p than low 720P, which is absolutely retarded as far as hardware usage goes.This port is mostly useless, you're still better off buying an Xbox to play it if you don't have a very high-end PC.(or are lucky enough for the game to enjoy your hardware, some people say they don't have any stuttering or lag)

    I am enjoying the demo and will certainly buy the full game soon, runs locked at 60fps on high 1920/1080 settings, and looks beautiful while doing it.

    Well, consider yourself lucky then.Runs like crap on the 750Ti, runs like crap on the 970, runs wonderful on the 1080, but I don't have 800 euro's lying around for a GPU :p.
    Needs further optimization, medium-end PC's should at least run it on medium settings with decent (CONSTANT) fps.
