1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Yes, I did mention GT in my original comment. I also mentioned other racing titles. What I did not do, was invite a debate on the merits of GT. The discussion started to spin into fanboy chatter, so I am trying to pump the brakes. :)

    Thanks for commenting on this thread. I had just recently been thinking that I hadn't seen you on any threads lately.
    The compliment to the devs was sincere and I am truly enjoying the game. Hoping that some of the minor faults will be addresses soon, so that everybody can see what a great job Kunos and 505 have done. ;)

    great game. love it.....BUT WHERE ARE THE PRIVATE LOBBIES AND OR ONLINE DLC????????????? As the silence is killing this for me...

    I believe the screamer refers to the fact that, so far, DLC cannot be used online. I have seen several players in many threads voicing the same issue. I don't play online, so I'm not sure.

    offcourse, i buy dlc to race online with friends.....or drift solo online.....yet no cars from the dlc are playable online, smae goes for the tracks.......MX5 cup car or supra drift

    it is also a kick in the nuts, that i support you guys, buy the seasonpass, yet i have no use for dlc as i cannot use it online!!!!!

    Yo all, I'm on the same Larryf1951's opinion and feeling... I'm sincerely really enthusiast about this game, and so far only Dirt Rally gave me those good racing vibes.... it's about 30 years I play racing sims, and the only other that really got me on physics in the past was the late Papyrus' Grand Prix Legends....

    Talking about my experience on PS4 I followed both the release and evolution of Driveclub and Project CARS, playing them a lot, and seeing the major improvements they had along their trials.... lately I felt Project CARS handling model still unsatisfactory to my taste, feeling the cars still frustrating on the handling aspect, and was lookin forward to see if GT could nail a better experience.... well, after getting into Assetto Corsa, must say I'm no more interested in other titles, and I'm very curious in the improvement of this title, that deserves praise and patience....

    This development team showed a lot skills, and also if still to be perfect, has already rised the quality bar of the genre.

    I'm enjoying it a lot also online... I never did 10 laps with an uplifted feeling like this, and tracks that used to be boring are no longer like that.... the future of these games though will benefit if online is better organized (somethin GT is trying to achieve), especially about tournaments, or simply managing in a better way the whole race experience, from start to finish, trying to convey a less spartan approach and showing better what the title has to offer visually (nothing to add, but somethin like a spectator TV lobby, and saving online replays can help a lot the game to be marketed and experienced in all its aspects).

    Again my compliments, much rezpect!
