1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Mine is 458 italia (borring as f***, I know :p). Aris etc can give their choice too.

    For me it's hard to answer it right now. I think all cars need to be driven again, especially those in which you haven't done many laps/were parked in the garage for some time.
    Last night I tried the 458 for the first time in a while and it felt much better than how I remembered it, very fun car to drive. Was surprised to see I got better lap time on Nordschleife in it than in the MP4-12C as I was always quicker in the second one.

    But right now Escort is the star.

    Lotus 25. It`s not an easy choice, but it shows sims can actually do stupidly skinny tyres that aren`t just solid plastic on ice. Far too many other cars to mention even a second best. It`s nowhere near as easy as older sims where there was one or two easy standouts.

    Nice guys. As I can see, the answer isnt obvious. I should take a look at lotus 25 for sure. Im buying Escort after Christmas (If u know wat I mean :D) and right now I am really looking forward to this car! Anyone else?

    BMW GT2. It was the second car I ever tried in AC when 0.1 first arrived in Nov. 2013, it blew me away from the moment I drove it out of the pits at Silverstone International. Up to that point, I had been driving Shift, Shift 2, and other simcades on friends' consoles, and I was always disappointed with how the GT cars drove in comparison to what I saw going on in RL. BMW GT2 was my first experience with a properly modeled GT2 car, and still is my favorite after all these years. I believe Kunos modeled a shelved prototype of the car different from the season-raced iterations, and it has something special, comes from the time when Kunos was supposed to be a game with 10-12 cars, and they spent time on the physics in a way similar to NetKar IMHO, the model drives like it should.

    Mine always changes as I pretty much fall in love nearly every car when I'm driving it HOWEVER...

    My true love is the Lotus 49.

    No car makes you feels so exhilarated and fear death so much at the same time. It's a wonder to race with a full grid and sometimes makes me crash cos I can't stop enjoying watching my opponents. It constantly needs your attention to adjust the wheel and prepare for corners.

    My other recent favourite is the escort. It is a classic.

    at this mmnt lotus 25, 49, 72D... overall Lotus 49, even on older TM has best feeling in AC ... and I feel like Escort could join them .. for now it is waiting for engine fix in garage (waiting for sound mod)

    Since 1.3, all the road lotii that had been long forgotten about due to awful handling were made sweet. The McLaren F1 finally got it`s ffb back too after the 1.2 disaster, which was a phenomenal joy.

    right now is the Escort and the Lotus 25, simple low power cars that push you to the limit as a driver, as a all time favourite...well i have put a lot of kms in the e30 drift so yeah i love that thing, maybe if the e92 drift version have more power or a short gear ratio that car would be perfect

    This is such a hard question. Overall I would say based off of online play the mp4-12c gt3 is my favorite but the Lotus 49 is such a gem and can't forget the f40!

    I'll go with the f40 for the moment but this is subject to change!

    Id be interested to see how many km I have driven with each car.

    Many cars have been my favourite, but if I have to pick one it will be the Ruf Yellowbird. If you turn the turbo boost down and just cruise on the nordschleife you can really forget everything except the road and the car. But the car is always letting me know it can do more, and begging me to push the throttle deeper, brake later, slide a little more. Of course I'm easily convinced and then the turbo boost goes up and it becomes an insane beast that just wants to eat the road ahead and leave nothing but dust and debris behind, and the innocent bystanders look confused and maybe someone cries a little.

    It always was the F1GTR/E30 M3 DTM, I grew up with those icons( but since the Escort came out last week and those old veterans are as old as I am...)
