1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    What is unclear about Season Pass? You will get all of the cars, in time. It was a small mistake that slipped in. Kunos promised Porsche Pack 1 will drop on PC in September. It didn't. Nobody threw a hissy fit about it or made a thread about it. EVIL DEVELUPER TRICK US, I AM DEMAND REFUND"... seriously? Go ahead and refund, good luck waiting for next similar HC driving sim on consoles. Maybe it will happen again in 5 or 10 years.

    Yeah I know, any reasonable person could see it was a mistake, it was even informed about quite quickly. Just an retrospective comment for this one "I want attention and refund" archetype. Also as far as I know, for big game studios the certification process and getting their updates/stuff to console marketplaces, is faster process. The smaller the studio/publisher, the less wiggling room there is for time schedules. Miss some date... wait for next one, unless you're one of the big ones.

    Yup, understood, I know Kunos is a really small team and I'm really surprised how fast the new update rolled out and how much it affects the game. Don't be to harsh to us console guys, we are mostly not used to something like that :D

    thats what i been saying since launch, Kunos done a great job launching on an additional 2 platforms now they continue to support all 3. they will continue to learn more optimization techniques and that only benefits everyone

    Of course. I am thoroughly enjoying the game and have been impressed by the improvements since launch.

    But it's worth bearing in mind that the gaming world is now populated by entitled man-children who will never tolerate real world things like unforeseen delays and small mistakes.

    Any deviation from their expectation is a personal affront.

    I am just surprised (almost impressed) by the sustained effort it takes to be so butthurt by the slightest thing game related.

    That might be due to mods that make this quite insignificant considering there's a plethora of better cars already available. This is the reason it survives on PC and is not fairing well on console. No mods, no fun.

    Well I am happy to report The Sony Store is now updated and the Japanese Pack is now ready for Download, I have mine and everything worked fine:D. But I hope Kunos Simulazioni is paying closer attention to the intricacies of console protocol, and in the future please post any issues in A place the community can easily find it. or even better yet take it down from the store to prevent it from being sold. And if you do make A mistake at our expense it would be nice to be given A free gift as A display of good will :cool:. Reparations are due us.o_O I really don't like the way this whole thing was handled by you Kunos Simulazioni.

    I believe is depending more on the Sony approval procedures side, rather than Kunos/505. It might be the case that for Sony Asia is taking more (different languages etc etc), but it will be great to know when we can have it.
