1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Recommended doesn't surprise me. Still lower than Project Cars 2 recommended GPU gtx 1080. ACC has graphics that beat Project Cars 2, so making that happen (high settings) doesn't realistically happen with old hardware

    E: Although, the recommended CPU is indeed high. AI cars with full physics

    You guys should worry more about CPU.
    Recommended 6 core CPU's :)
    Like Battlefield it's CPU hungry, because of the physics.
    GPU limit is more handy, because you can turn down eye candy!
    Not so with CPU.

    I'm more worried about single core requirements for high fps (100+). Nowadays you can grab good deals on multi-core/multi-threaded CPUs but having a strong single core performance to go with it is another story. Really hope my 5820k @ 4.5ghz can handle high fps, I really don't feel like upgrading my system.

    IPC itself is on new Intel/AMD CPU's literally the same.
    What matters are the speeds and the core count.
    Your CPU is easily on the good side.
    No worries, an 2600x or 8600k aren't that much faster.
    Even my 1600 OC 3,8Ghz will run fine i think as i have 6 core 12 threads.
    FX 8150 is hinting it on the minimum.

    My 770K is the only thing which perhaps doesn't meet the minimum specs. It seems a bit slower overall than the 8120 and has less cores, but the single-thread performance is slightly higher. You think that I could still get reasonable performance if I used less than ten AI cars? AC1's performance is known to be much less processor-hungry with fewer cars.

    Speaking about Performance can you refund early Access purchases?
    Being at the low end makes it usually necessary to Test it, afterall there can Be small but signifikant fps differentes.

    Tower will surely do, else not so sure :)
    I will stay and play on my Samsung S7 phone, was working fine for AC, why shouldn`t with ACC? Its only one C more :)
