1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Does anyone else think its strange that last week they said they wanted to wait a week so that they could have server support (because of last friday being a holiday in italy) and then chances are they will release outside office hours anyway?

    Not that it makes a huge difference I just feel that it was a way of avoiding complaints for not having a patch ready when they expected. Would've been much better in my opinion to say that it was a holiday and they wanted more time to polish it. Even if it did mean saying that it would come in 2 weeks time instead of one

    I don't care if the experience will be not problem free.
    I should be ok also with major bugs and/or server working only with 1 car and 1 track, but i'd like to test multiplayer today.
    Last week 25 April was holidays in Italy, but yesterday was 1 May Worker's day and tomorrow is Saturday, I think only few people are workin today in Italy... :)
    I hope Kunos release the mp today, but i hope also people don't bother if something goes bad.

    Kinda sucks that you can't join half-way through a practice/qual session. Maybe this is normal these days?

    Would also be good if the "booking" window could be displayed if you play offline (perhaps as an app?) so you can see exactly when you are ready to join.

    Qualifying I can understand, but it would be nice to join during practice sessions. Also means it'll be very hard to have permanent, running track days where people can join and leave as they wish. I suppose it might have to be a case of having maybe 20-30 minute practice sessions one after another, so people can join in every once in a while, which would still work ok.

    I totally understand their reasoning for this, though. Should mean a much more stable experience overall.

    I think we need to know more about what a 'booking session' is exactly. The way they talk about being able to do offline racing while we wait tells me its not just some 30 second timer, but a period before a new session that allows the game to fill up the spots and then load everybody together at the start. After that's done, *then* you can join whenever.

    Could be wrong, but that's how I'm understanding it so far. But its not 100% clear, for sure.
